Selah was absolutely amazing! She made our entire experience at House of Creole exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we sat down. She went above and beyond to accommodate us, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in at just the right times without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Outstanding customer service like hers is hard to find. If you visit House of Creole, I highly recommend asking for Selah—you won't be disappointed! Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable! Thanks Selah !!!!!!!!
This was the best food we've had in a long time! The portions were generous, the flavors were amazing and all of the food looked as good as it tasted. The drinks, the music, and the decor were all great as well. Our waitress, Selah, was friendly, attentive and answered all of our questions. We're only in Cleveland for the week and we're already planning on returning to the restaurant.

We were in town for a conference and the menu sounded delicious, so the three of us sat at the bar and were blown away. We were greeted as we walked in and the service was impeccable throughout the experience. We decided we would all share different menu items so we could try more things. One item was better than the next! We had hot honey wings, jerk wings, charbroiled oysters, jambalaya oysters, bayou egg rolls, salmon bites and loaded gumbo. This place is a huge win! The food, drinks and service were all awesome. I'll definitely be back!
What a wonderful experience. Selah is a wonderful server with great recommendations. Chef Jillian got the food to a T. It's hard to find a meal that the people preparing and serving care about. Respect everyone in this building working together to create a beautiful meal and atmosphere! Shout out to the bar staff for creating Mint Julep's for us on the fly!
The food was amazing. The food runners from the kitchen were efficient, effective and personable. Everyone in the restaurant was helpful accept for my waitress. She was inattentive. I feel like automatically charging 18% Gratuity in some restaurants makes waitresses become inattentive. The managers need to have a conversation about service and having a standard of excellence if they are adding 18% Gratuity on the bill. The food is amazing and so were the drinks. It’s important that the service matches the food and atmosphere.
