KPost did a wonderful job replacing my roof from the beginning of the project through to the end. Stephen Scroggs and team had excellent communication throughout the whole process and made what’s probably a stressful repair fairly easy and manageable. They really stood out from other contractors with their professionalism, responsiveness, and general knowledge. I’m glad we went with them, appreciate the great work they did, and would definitely recommend them.
I recently had Isaiah from KPost Company out to inspect my roof here in McKinney. He was right on time, which I really appreciated. 👍 Isaiah was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I understood everything. After a very thorough assessment, I was so relieved to get the good news! He provided a comprehensive report showing my roof is in great condition and has no storm-related damage. It gives me fantastic peace of mind. We worked with Isaiah Castillo @ KPost Company to replace our Roof. Isaiah was very professional,knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was always on time and available to answer our questions throughout the entire process. He worked with us and our Insurance Company to process the claim. The roofing crew arrived on time and was able to finsh the same day. They did a fantastic job with the installation as well as the clean-up after they finished. The city inspector came out and found no issues with the install. If you think you may need a new roof, save yourself some time and stress and call KPOST.
We’ve had several roofers check our roof before, but KPost truly stood out. Isaiah showed up on time and was honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and is focused on building long-term relationships. He inspected not only the roof but also our gutters and took the time to check our solar panels. He walked us through the damages with photos and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand. Isaiah is amazing, and I would recommend him to anyone!
Kpost gave me a reasonable quote, great installation, and they have accountability. When there was an issue from the water heater connection to the vent, well over a year since installation, they immediately sent a person to fix it after my call. Collin Catherwood was excellent to work with and they made everything right. I truly appreciated them sending a guy out immediately no questions asked and making it easy. 10/10 would buy a roof from them again
