I had a bad experience with the lady who answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. From the beginning of the call, I was treated dismissively and unprofessionally. Her tone was rude and completely lacking in professionalism. Instead of helping me, she created unnecessary barriers and made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. After a nurse transferred me to scheduling, the woman who answered the phone questioned my symptoms and told me I should see my primary care provider instead. It is not appropriate for someone answering the phone to challenge the nurse’s guidance or make patients feel like they have to justify why they need an appointment. I am an established patient at the clinic, and my physician had recently retired. I expected to be scheduled with another MD. Instead, without asking whether I was comfortable seeing a physician assistant or informing me that the appointment would be with a PA, she scheduled me with a physician assistant. I only discovered later that I had not been scheduled with a physician. Patients deserve to know who they are being scheduled to see so they can make an informed decision about their care. The first interaction a patient has with a clinic should be respectful, transparent, and focused on helping the patient—not questioning them or withholding important information about their appointment. I hope management addresses how patients are treated over the phone and ensures patients are clearly informed about who they are being scheduled to see.
In 2024 I had some small liver lesions got sent to Dr. Flora He’s an honest doctor they determine them non-cancerous by the second scan they were gone disappeared Dr Flora Went out On medical leave I got a better constipation I got sent to a new doctor. He kept insisting on the esophageal mobility test. I turned it down. I didn’t get Gerd anymore because I had Weight and changed my whole life I had just Had an upper lower done by Doctor Ajay Another good doctor. I tried to go back to the happy Valley location. They just kept saying I was established I’ve since found out that isn’t allowed. I’d only seen this Doctor a few times so I got a bit of constipation. I should’ve waited it out. He asked me to do the esophageal mobility test. I turned it down then the next time I went out there he said I ordered you that test with hesitation I went ahead and made the appointment only to call later to try to cancel it the assistant that did my test called me back and talk me into it. She did me dirty!! And forever changed my life. I wish I would’ve steered clear from that clinic. This was on 15 April 2025 I had labs done from my doctor there results came in on 12 April but I didn’t see them. I had no inflammation no back up. I was never examined not even once by the G.I. doctor he just kept pushing that test if I could give this place no stars I would they got a lot of shadiness going on out there.

I called this clinic today to follow up on a previous visit, and unfortunately my records had somehow been lost. I was completely polite and just trying to figure out a solution, including offering to get a new referral if needed. During the call, the staff member cut me off mid-sentence and spoke to me in a condescending tone, telling me to "hold on" in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. When I tried to calmly explain what I was saying, I was repeatedly talked over. I understand mistakes happen. Records get lost, technology fails, and I was genuinely trying to work together to find a solution. What made the experience disappointing was the tone and lack of basic courtesy. Healthcare is already stressful, and patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they’re being cooperative and polite. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and patient experience moving forward. Edit: I did finally figure out what happened, but unfortunately, no thanks to the staff member I talked to. I do find it necessary to point out that even if the original lady I talked to had been 1000% correct, it does not justify rudeness, especially from a customer service representative. I talked to someone in their complaints department who was incredibly nice about the whole situation which improved my experience with this clinic. She assured me that additional information/training would be passed onto staff members about acting with compassion no matter what the situation is, so I’m updating to 3 stars.
I’m giving 5 stars to my doctor and no stars to the clinic. I’ve needed a colonoscopy two years in a row to monitor chronic IBD. Both years, the clinic has overcharged me, with zero communication other than a bill without itemized charges. The first year they “investigated” for over 6 months and continued to send me bills, and told me not to pay each time I called. Until they nearly sent it to collections. I did my own investigation with my insurance and found a claim was adjusted. Oregon Clinic told me they don’t contact insurance after a claim. So they never actually investigated my bill. Fast forward to this year, and I again receive a bill that is three times than what insurance says I owe. I couldn’t talk to a billing manager when I called and was told the only place to send an email is to the website in the “give feedback” form. But lo and behold, when I wrote a message using this form and in MyChart threatening to contact the Medical Board, my bill was adjusted down by 75% to match what my insurance told me is my patient responsibility. This clinic clearly operates a racket.
I had excellent care from start to finish. The front desk is very helpful and keeps in touch with your ride/ pick up after your procedure. The nurse doctor and anesthesiologist explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. After my procedure the nurse manager stayed with me until my transport arrived. He even took me down to the pharmacy to pick up my medication. This location offers the best care.
