I recently visited this Navigation Medical Clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The staff, including my Physician Assistant Kimberly, were very friendly and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, considered my symptoms and medical history, and provided thorough care. I appreciated their thoughtful approach and willingness to hear me out. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone seeking medical attention. I will definitely be returning for future visits. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Dr Duarte & his staff were thorough and professional. My time in the waiting room was brief, and their use of networked medical assistants for preliminary questions and scribing the actual appointment made everything exceptionally efficient. Dr Duarte patiently took the time to answer all of my questions about my test results, and my prescriptions were sent in immediately. Very happy with this doctor & his team.

Navigation Medical Center is honestly one of the best medical teams I’ve ever dealt with. They’re professional, polite, and really know what they’re doing. You can tell they truly care about their patients, because they take their time, they work with you, and they treat you with real respect. Everybody there is knowledgeable, gentle, and just overall good people. You feel the care in everything they do, and it shows in how they treat folks from the moment you walk in. Great staff, great energy, and a place that genuinely puts patients first. I appreciate them for real.
This clinic has grown so much over the years and went from caring for their patients to caring more about making money off their patients. The actual wait to be called is way longer than what the physician lasts in the room during the appointment. They are in a rush to get to the next patient and make their patients feel like a number. The individuals that answer the phone calls are rude. I DO NOT recommend this clinic..
While the medical care itself may be adequate, the front desk staff is extremely unpleasant. They were dismissive and unprofessional with basic requests. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, especially in a healthcare environment. I hope this office takes steps to improve customer service at the front desk.
