As someone who work in this industry many years ago, I know when a shop is one that knows what they are doing or not. Joe and his family not only know their stuff and way around a vehicle, but they are doing business in an honest and upfront way. I brought Joe my wife's VW Beetle and it needed a major repair that turned into a challenge. The part was not available and would have to come from Germany, but we were able to locate one and then it needed to be programmed. This was a challenge, but one that Joe was open to tackle and kept me in the loop on the progress. It took some time, but I shared I was not in a hurry and willing to wait to have it done right. They did a great job AND because we they were able to save money on a section of the repair, they passed that discount on to me which was unexpected and I would not have known if they chose to withhold that discount. Their honest has earned a life ong client and I will sing their praises to all I encounter. I only wish they also worked on domestic vehicles, but My Volvo will be a future car I will bring to them as well. Thank you Joe!!
Great people, very transparent. The work was really well done, they were really communicative, and prices were competitive. I will be back (just hopefully not soon)!

Fantastic shop! Been coming here for the last 2 years for routine maintenance. I tried this place out because it's maybe a 5-minute walk from my office and I needed a diagnostic done as soon as I could. They do great work, are pretty timely, and give good/frequent updates on how repairs are going. They know their stuff, and don't give you the run-around on parts/service needed. A few of our interactions have shown me that the folks working here are honest and reputable.
I was traveling thru Tennessee when I discovered I was out of coolant. I called IAM, and they were able to fit me in and after testing they discovered a cracked radiator. They were able to get it replaced and back on the road in about 6 hours from the time I called them. They even dropped me off and picked me up from my Air B&B. Double thumbs up to some real stand up honest guys. I have been to shops all around the US, but this is definitely one of my faves. I wished I lived closer so they can work on all my vehicles. Great shops are becoming harder and harder to find, definitely don't skip this one
