I want to personały tell you how wonderful my experience was with Barker Heating and Air. Erik, Eugene, and, in the end, Matthew came to my home. They were polite, friendly, and ready to work. The job was finished, and the workman cleaned everything very well. My new furnace is wonderful and so quiet. Looking forward to the energy savings. After having several companies work in my home, Barker Heating and Air stands out as a stellar company. Excellent job!
Barker HVAC made a point of showing up the same day I called. They gave me a 1- hour window and the tech arrived within that window. Matthew was professional and clear about the work he was doing and what I could expect from my aging system going forward. He didn't try to "up-sell" me on stuff I don't need and didn't ask for. Also, they were cheaper than their competitors. Highly recommend!

Ray was great! My AC had been out for several days, and he came in, quickly figured out the issue, explained everything clearly, and got me cool again. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood what was going on. I really appreciated how helpful and honest he was. Excellent service — I would definitely recommend Ray!
I had a panic moment last week when my inside temperature read 80 degrees. Granted, I keep the AC around 77-76, but this was 9 pm. It stabilized the next day, and I scheduled a service call after the holiday weekend. Matthew came out (he saved us in December) and was as professional, courteous and solicitous as before. He performed a Spring Check, hosed off my AC coils and we are good to go. We have used Barker for 30 years. Technical service and customer service are what keep us as customers. Highly recommend.
My oil furnace was past due for service. Barker came out the next day after I called in. Both techs were very professional. One of them even came in on his day off to help out which I greatly appreciate! I've used them for years, they are always reliable and always get the job done right and their employees are great. Barker is a great choice I've always been able to count on.
