My oil furnace was past due for service. Barker came out the next day after I called in. Both techs were very professional. One of them even came in on his day off to help out which I greatly appreciate! I've used them for years, they are always reliable and always get the job done right and their employees are great. Barker is a great choice I've always been able to count on.

My sister recommended Barker Heating and Air. Matthew came out the next morning. He said the drip I called about was just a little condensation. He put some tape around the spot that was leaking and all is good. He also asked if we'd like him to do an annual check on the system and we did and it as only $99. We did not get ripped off, Matthew was pleasant and knowledgeable and we will use Barker for future needs. Thank you!!

We had a technician come out on Friday for the annual service Low and behold Saturday evening I realized I was chillier than usual (I keep the house at 68 degrees). I called Barker, got an immediate return call from the on-call tech. Matthew came right away and found that the Draft Inducer had called it quits (no cause and effect). He quickly located the part and by 8:30 we were warm and toasty again. All along he asked if we had any questions, took his time to explain options and made sure we were comfortable with our decision and the price. We have used Barker for 30 years. Technical service and customer service are what keep us as customers. Highly recommend.
