Ive been going here for about a little over a yr now and I find it to be good. Receptionist are very nice, friendly and prompt. Ive only seen one Dr here and that is Dr Miller and he is wonderful. Listens, cares, gives great advice. Doesnt make you feel uncomfortable as Ive had some previous Drs that have. My overall with the Clinic and him are 💯 and I appreciate his nurse assistant Dephney as well. Shes great! Thank you AHMG
So I go and make an an appointment through Avan help. And they tell me, I am no longer a patient there due to the fact of something about making appointments and not showing up for them. But when I'm going through a mental health crisis, a really bad one and I forgot to cancel any appointments or anything like that? No one from your team reached out. No one sent a letter to tell me I was done from your facility, so this is how you punish people with severe depression and anxiety, you cancel their care and you your Don't reach out and knowing this

Saw Michelle Collier and felt like I was a pack mule being shuffled in and out. Sat on a computer and barely looked at me. Did not listen to anything just kept offering prescriptions or scans. The most impersonal experience I have ever experienced in a healthcare setting. I was prescribed prednisone for eczema. I am bipolar and I notify every doctor of that. Was never once informed a side effect is mania. I had a manic psychotic episode and was nearly hospitalized. I called two different times and never received a call. Will never return here. If I could put 0 stars I would. Update: received this generic letter in the mail. No phone call regarding my concerns just a standard letter with one sentence from the medical director. Hopefully this helps prevent others from using Advent health or at least avoiding care from Michelle Collier at all costs.
This review is for the phlebotomist. She was exceptional - I normally get nervous when drawing blood. She distracted me and it felt like a mere second before she was done. Thank you for being so dang good at your job!
I've been going to see Dr. Bryan for about a year for routine visits. I was never charged for these visits. A few weeks ago I was in at the Highlands location and had hurt my knee so I brought this up with the Dr. She ordered an ultrasound for my knee which I scheduled for the following Friday. I took a half day off work that Friday. After waiting an hour at Health Images Cherry Creek, I was told that they do not do the ultrasound procedure and they had tried to contact my doctor's office to tell them so. I never heard anything from anyone about this. On top of it I received a bill for $238.50 for the doctor visit as it was coded differently because I brought up my knee pain. So... two weeks later here we are, I know nothing about my knee and have a bill for $238.50 to get a referral for a non-existent procedure. It gets worse from there but I'll spare the internet the details. Bottom line, what in the hell are we doing with health care in this country? This is what my employer pays $800/month for. Bonkers.
