We replaced our water heater with a tankless model to make more space for our basement renovation. Gavin was our installer and he did an amazing job. He worked tirelessly all day, was very knowledgeable and professional. We have had other work done by Affordable Professional Plumbing through the years and won’t use anyone else. They are good at what they do and they are fairly priced.
They were professional and did a good job. Pleased with the new toilet. It works great. The pricing was pretty good. Wasn't expecting it to be as expensive, but since they had to pick a toilet for use because my husband is getting up in yesrs. We can't pick up heavy things. The service man was very helpful and treated him well I would definitely rate them very good.

Great experience! Scheduling with John was easy, excellent communication. I didn't get our plumber's name as my husband greeted him and than forgot, but he was knowledgeable and solved our problem quickly. Professional and honest, and the price was less than we expected. Will absolutely be calling them again the next time we need assistance.
Gavin did an excellent job for us! He removed an old gas line pipe from our fireplace and properly capped the ends. The work was done cleanly and professionally, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, Gavin was extremely friendly, respectful, and took the time to answer our questions and explain everything. It’s always great to work with someone who is both knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We really appreciate the quality of his work and would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone needing plumbing or gas line work done. Thanks again for the great service.
