I purchased a 1960s MCM a couple years ago with prior roof replacement done by Rosie’s. The main level in my home was made for entertaining and had one skylight but it was begging for more natural light as it often felt dark and dungeon-like. I decided to contact Rosie’s to see about installing a couple more skylights in the living room area to match the original one above the adjoined kitchen. BEST DECISION EVER and worth EVERY penny. From start to finish, I had an exceptional experience. Adrienne Appleby provided my quote and guided me through the entire process. Once the skylights arrived, scheduling was a breeze and the skylights were prepped, installed, and trimmed out in a single day. The crew promptly arrived at the communicated time and they were very professional. They made sure to check in with me throughout the day to ensure everything was as I wanted. They covered my floors and furniture and also made sure to clean up after themselves. Everything was spotless and BRIGHTER when they left. Thrilled with the final result! I highly recommend Rosie’s Roofing for your roofing needs or skylight needs. Especially if you have a MCM style home… they are well accustomed to this roofing style and replicating the overall look/feel of the original work done with tongue and groove ceilings. Rosie's Roofing and Restoration is wonderful. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Superb prompt communications, especially Adrienne Appleby, she is stellar. Company responds within 24 hours on most communications. Crew is professional, polite, skilled, thorough, comprehensive, arrives on time, does great work, cleans up. Many of the same employees (administration and crew members) have been there for years. Owner is wonderful. Fair reasonable prices for guaranteed work. This company aims to retain customers. I have used them for 3 different roof/trim repairs over the years. Highly recommend.

Rosie’s is one of the trade partners that all of our PM’s use on every project, one of the few trades that we do not feel the need to search for another option. Charlie is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work, and you can tell that because from beginning to end, his team (office to install) will care for your home as if it’s their own. Their pricing is fair, quality is elite, knowledge is vast, delivery on promise to scheduled dates is followed through upon and we’ve never had a call back on their work. Great! Experience. I had them do a complete new roof on a commercial property with decking, shingles and modified bitumen . They came in on a day we were closed and completed everything that day. When I showed up the next day, I totally forgot that they were there because there was zero garbage or Nails. Their prices are competitive and their customer service was amazing. Highly recommend.!
Charlie, one of the owners, is the best. Showed up on time to look at our roof. Gave an expert and honest evaluation of our roof. Explained everything. Answered all of our questions. the crew arrived on schedule and got to work. They treated our house as if it were their own. Clean up was perfect. They went beyond the scope of their work to do what needed to be done. Even fixing mistakes of others. This is who you want to putting a new roof on your mother's house.
