Quick turn around time from calling to scheduling appt. Justin was prompt, very thorough in explaining the issue and honest about options for resolution, including price estimate. He was great about keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I am very appreciative of the service provided and will certainly call again with any other heating or cooling issues.
Justin L just came by and was very knowledgeable. He explained all of his diagnostic work in detail, and even recommended to us when we would need servicing. Justin was prompt in arriving and quickly diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner! He was not in the business of selling me a new HVAC system but just wanted to get me back on me feet and on the road again. The unit was installed by RJ Heating and Cooling in 2003 and when it needs to be replaced (hopefully not this year) I will be calling them!
I called RJ heating and Cooling because I had a Groupon coupon and when I called to make an appointment the lady was so nice and had someone come out the next day. Time I was given was 12pm-2pm. Justin L came at 11:50am and was very friendly and fixed our issue. I definitely recommend them
