Great hotel, the staff is amazing and it's in a pretty good location for getting around the city. My only gripe is the ventilation in the double rooms. The air doesn't circulate well in the lounging area but thankfully it isn't terrible in the bedroom area but still could be improved
I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this is a first. The hotel pool closes daily, including weekends from 1030am - 1200. Anyone with children know that's the prime time to go. After breakfast and before we have to start the day. Whatever excuse they have to give, do better. Other hotels don't shut their pools down in the middle of the day to clean, etc. Other than that, the hotel is nice. Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Fix the pool situation then it would be a 5 star.

The service was outstanding, breakfast was amazing, maintenance was pretty good! If you want a cold room I would find somewhere else to go. Our room was extremely hot one night and I only asked for a box fan hoping it would be fine. The next day it never cooled off so I told the front desk and they sent maintenance up and added a blower in our ac unit. Not replaced…….added……it cooled off a couple degrees. Talking with other people in our party their room was the exact same. There was not a cool spot in the entire hotel.
This hotel was by far one of the best I ever stayed in the staff was exceptional, especially Aria Who was working at the front desk? The breakfast the atmosphere will be the reason. I definitely will come back there.
Rm 833. Smells a bit like cabbage, EXTREMELY humid, ac blows cool-ish air at best set on 60. There is some gum or something on the living room carpet, very sticky. Not what you would expect at Embassy Suites at all. Going out to buy a box fan to try and stay cool.
