My initial call was with Tracy, and he was fantastic. This location was the only one who could not only get my appointment promptly scheduled (8am the next day) but were very upfront and honest about services and pricing. Matt was the lead technician, and was wonderful. He walked us through each charge, what needed done and how urgent each issue was. There was no pressure or upselling, just genuine business kept cut and dry. Matt was able to lend us a temporary car for the day, we only needed it until 1pm (assuming they needed to set my car up, my guess was 9am-12:30pm for the actual labor on the car). There was wifi so if you need to sit for a while, you're not totally out of luck. Overall, the customer service and schedule maintenance was quick, professional, economic, and efficient. I came in expecting to pay $1,000+ for my services, but my wife and I had a laugh during checkout because we couldn't believe how low the pricing was. The shop is unassuming and on the smaller side, but believe they will take good care of you and your car. Matt, Tracy, and James (did not directly interact with him) did fantastic work for us and I will be coming back when I need more work done.
Matt & Trace were incredibly kind and helpful this morning when I came in last-minute to get my car looked at. They were efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants trustworthy, genuine people to work on their car!

I found my new go to shop! Matt and Trace were amazing! After my horrible experience at another car repair shop I had to tow my vehicle to One Call Auto Mechanic and Matt made the entire process simple. Not only was he able to quickly diagnose my issue but kept me informed throughout the process as well as recommended other services etc He also was very insightful when it came to the issue I had with my car where the other repair shop lacked in. As a single mom being without my car is hard enough and Matt having a family owned business understood my needs and the prices I couldn’t beat which was also very important! Thanks again guys!
I went to get a used car inspected today, they were wonderful, generous with their time and very honest. Within the first 15-20 minutes they explained what problems were present and walked me and the owner of the car back to see the issue first hand. He straight up told me he would not recommend that I get this car. I felt very informed and left knowing my decision. 10/10 would recommend.
I don’t write reviews often, but Matt and the entire team at One Call Automotive truly earned this one. Finding an honest mechanic is rare. Finding one who genuinely cares about the person behind the wheel is even rarer. I called them while driving back from Cleveland, and he could hear the worry in my voice. Instead of putting me on a waiting list or brushing me off, he simply said, “Get over here as soon as you can.” From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The first thing Matt did was say, “Let’s go take a ride together.” That alone earned my respect. He wanted to hear and feel exactly what I was experiencing instead of making assumptions. That level of care and transparency is something you don’t come across often anymore. What I expected would take days was diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road in just a few hours. More importantly, every conversation was honest. There was never a moment where I felt pressured or taken advantage of. He explained everything clearly and treated my suv as if it were his own.
