My family has been using One Call Auto Mechanic for years and I have never been disappointed. My grandson's 2006 Honda CRV needed a new starter and replacement of rear brake pads. Matt (owner of the shop) and Trace did an excellent job! The repairs were done in a timely manner and my grandson's vehicle is running smoothly now. I highly recommend their service! Owner very honest with me on first phone when informing that my engine light was on. Made appointment that Monday and very reasonably priced for a diagnostic test..They did thorough tests on my car and needed rear brake. Due to high mileage on my vehicle owner was very honest with me what I really needed done. Rear brakes were done for a great price and timely manner. Owner kept me posted throughout the job which was really good. Would highly recommend this company again and would go to them again for my car needs or inspection on a new vehicle before purchasing.
I came here to get my car fixed and Matt was very helpful and good communication as well. He helped me get my car fixed and was very reasonable prices compared to the dealership I went to. I would definitely recommend him and his workers to anyone need car fixed!! I’ll be back
I received mechanic services about a little over a month ago from One Call Auto Mechanic, and I am STILL talking about my experience to friends and family. I had asked for a quote through their online portal for brakes (basically to my knowledge - replacing everything) on my 2010, I immediately received a call with a VERY reasonable quote and was able to bring it in within in the hour. The moment I walked in, I was given excellent service - I felt like family, and my vehicle was immediately taken in for service. Matt and Trace explained everything to me about the repairs in a way that was easy to understand, I knew exactly what they were fixing on my car. As a woman, who has been played by multiple mechanic shops; I really valued that they explained it in a way so that I could easily understand. They really went above and beyond. The previous mechanic who had quoted me 3x the price for nearly the same service had lost my tire key. Matt and Trace had discovered this and showed me, which I am so grateful for because without with this key, if I were to have any tire and brake issue I would be limited to help. They guided me through how to solve this problem and I again could be more grateful. I have been driving my car now for a little over a month with no issues. There is NO other shop I will be going to in the city of Columbus and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!
