If I could rate it higher I would! Thank you to everyone in the NICU department for all you all have done for my baby! I couldn't have done it without you all leading the way! The Doctors great leaders! Thank you all so much! Great attention to detail! Caring loving and understanding!
I was looked after kindly & professionally Every nurse, attendant & Doctor treated me with respect, they explained what was happening & why, everyone was so friendly, they made feel like I was the only patient they had, they took time to explain what was going on & made me feel like I did matter. If it was possible I'd give each and every one 5 stars & more. We need more health professionals like them at every hospital. Thank You All for making me feel special
Highly disorganized. Nurses had no idea where patients were because others would grab them for a test without there being any way to know who took them. Absolutely disgusted by the bathroom in the ER, too. Waited 7 hours without a doctor looking over any of my scans or tests before I got up and left. My report that I obtained the next day showed that a doctor hadn’t reviewed it for 13 hours after I arrived. Seek ER care elsewhere.

I received inadequate medical care at Dignity again. My first experience was at St. Mary's hospital in the LBC where after a failed spinal surgery that left me in a worse condition then when I 1st came in I was sent home where because of the lack of timely wound care I got a staph infection. When I returned to address the infection I was being harassed by the dr who was in charge of the floor I was on. He would come into my room daily saying that I was in there for a "hotel stay" and kept trying to kick me out of the hospital before my wound headed up as directed by my surgeon. This time I was taken, by ambulance, to California hospital for a motorcycle accident where they asked me what meds I was taking, from my previously mentioned surgery and since I was on my way to the pharmacy when the accident happened I had the prescription on my person and gave it to them. The RN totally ignored my prescription and was trying to give me medication that I had a bad reaction to and instead of respecting what I was telling them about said reaction they wanted to convince me to take it anyway. When the Dr finally came to see me I tried to tell him about the bad experience I was having at California hospital he cut me off mid sentence and said "that's your opinion" and walked out of the room. He was surrounded by about 6 other doctors, the physical therapist and a cna and he didn't give 1 feezy and continued walking. I couldn't believe it and afterwards I spoke to a few professionals who were familiar with how badly things are ran in that hospital. for the record, the trauma team who met me in the ER was great with the exception on the assigned RN who refused to write her name on the board, as it is commonly practiced in all hospitals. If you have a choice in the matter stay away from Dignity.
I love love love the new facility. Checking in was smooth and easy. The large waiting room is comfy which makes the wait time not so bad. I was there twice last month for two different issues. One was more urgent than the other. The only difference in service was the wait time. Outside of that, both visits were STELLAR!!!!! Awesome staff from the nurses, doctors, pa’s, lay persons, etc.
