One of the best dental experiences in recent memory! From the kind and welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful smiles of the front office staff (Tacy, Kennedy, and Isiah), everything was top-notch. They were incredibly helpful with my insurance and helping me finance my care, which took away all the stress. This is definitely where I will go for dental care moving forward!
I had such a great experience at this dental office. The entire staff was so sweet and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to educate me and help me understand exactly what I needed. Everything was explained so clearly, and I truly felt like my dental health mattered to them. I also learned how connected dental health is to overall health, which was eye opening. The doctor genuinely listened to me and never made me feel rushed, which meant so much. Kennedy, the healthcare coordinator, was amazing. She helped me set up a financial option and was so understanding and supportive throughout the entire process. I’ve definitely found my dental office for life!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better dental experience than I have with Dr. Santillan. Every visit feels personal—she always takes the time to ask how I’m doing and never makes the appointment feel rushed. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and consistently provides the support and reassurance I need. The front office staff is always extremely kind and professional. They follow up before appointments to make sure I have all the necessary information and to confirm everything is set, which I really appreciate. Recently, Maria has been my dental hygienist, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was very thorough and took the time to share helpful resources and tips to improve my dental hygiene. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so generous, welcoming, and helpful. I truly appreciate the level of care I receive every time I visit
Best dentists in DFW! Went to several others over a number of years with little success. Finally went to Dr. Santillan and her team and they have been the absolute best I’ve ever encountered. Thoughtful, attentive, and thorough. Most highly recommend! Been going for few years now.
I came into Northeast Dallas Denistry to get my teeth cleaned. From the front door all the way to the chair and getting a professional exam by a wonderful team of experts!! This team was very nice and I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs. The team really helped me feel safe and comfortable here at this dentist office. Isaiah was really nice and helping me In going over all the paperwork. And Maria did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. My appointment was at four and she stayed past closing time just to clean my teeth. Thank you, Maria and Isaiah and the whole team for your kind service and generosity.
