My roof was well past due to be replaced, and the last time any work was done it was done quickly and cheaply from what I could tell which left a ton of work for Total Roofing. They replaced 370 linear feet of rotten/broken boards making numerous runs out to get more lumber instead of just laying the new roof over the problem areas. Still they got all the work done in two days, and for the original quoted labor cost (my house is small, about 1100 sqft, but this was still a lot of extra work). I was particularly appreciative that they had everything cleaned up immediately after they finished work. Earl came out for the final inspection, answered my questions, and sent a few guys back to finalize some small remaining items. Earl was easy to work with, informative, and helpful.

We hired Total Roofing Solutions (Earl Bowman was our contact) in March 2025 to perform significant roof repairs (Replacing 50% of a Spanish Tiled Roofing System on 8,500 sq.ft home) and a new gutter system in Cornelius, NC. Among other things, we appreciated Earl's communication (progress pictures everyday, scheduling matters, always answering his phone, etc.). The crew was professional/safe (harness equipment, clean worksite, knowledgeable)...Earl even supplied them porta-potty! With previous contractors we hired, you sign a contract, they disappear and then show-up sporadically as they balance multiple projects...then you're hit with change-orders. NOT TRS, Earl showed up the next day as promised and stayed on the job with the same crew until completion. Price was the price, no surprises/change orders (TRS was the only contractor that invested the time on the front end to offer a realistic price/best strategy). I provided Earl permission to offer my cell phone number to any prospective customer.
