I discovered Shadow Mountain a couple years ago through a referral and haven’t taken my car elsewhere since! Graham and team are very honest, straight-forward and helpful. They’ve worked on my Honda Civic and now CRV, and the pricing is fair and they always take time to answer my questions. With urgent situations, they’ve even gotten me in quickly and genuinely care about helping me get back on the road fast. Highly recommend Shadow Mountain!

Andy took the time to break everything down in a way I could understand, walked me through the process, and even explained what to keep an eye on for future car appointments. I'm very happy with the services performed at this shop. They've performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and pointed out something that needed to be addressed and could have been a major issue in the not too distant future. I was provided with estimates and there were no surprises afterwards. Well, only a good one because the final invoice was actually lower than the estimate. I can’t say enough good things about Shadow Mountain Automotive! I brought in my vehicle for inspection of a.newly purchased vehicle and to fix a faulty repair from another shop. Graham, the service advisor who sits at the front desk is amazing! He handles a high volume of calls and walk-in customers with such ease, professionalism and knowledge. He is quick and very thorough. Great customer service! The mechanics are very thorough as well. And they offer a Lyft ride home free of charge. Always a great experience. Highly recommend.
