Dr. Bal and the other doctors and staff at the Continuity Care Clinic provide the best overall health care experience I have ever received. Dr. Bal is on top of all the newest medical research, takes time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns, explains the rationale behind his recommendations, and generally treats me as a partner in my own health. He is unfailingly polite, kind, punctual, and patient. He has been my doctor for around 15 years and this newer clinic affiliation is the best yet.
Staff very professional, nice, and respectful. Wait time is never long they get you in and out in a very reasonable time. The Doctors are excellent very caring and try their best to give and get you the BEST CARE!
Everything was perfect from valet parking, to early check-in, to establishing my care with new physicians, to the go forward plan. I had an extremely thorough and collaborative review of my history and current health situation. I feel confident that the physicians will guide me through the best care possible. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. 🤩

My experience with TriStar Medical Group left me feeling completely defeated and unsupported. I have been on two long‑term medications for years — one for testosterone replacement therapy and one for panic attacks — both essential to my daily stability and well‑being. After moving from Florida to Tennessee, I expected a smooth transition of care. Instead, I walked away feeling misled and dismissed. The resident doctor, Austin Mefford, was the one bright spot. He was compassionate, attentive, and genuinely tried to help. Because he is a resident, he couldn’t write the prescriptions himself, so the attending physician, Dr. Philip Kuo, reluctantly agreed to continue them. I left the appointment believing everything was settled. But when I later called for a refill, I was blindsided. I was told they would not write the prescriptions after all. The nurse, Jennifer was argumentative and at one point even apologized for the doctor giving me incorrect information. That moment hit hard — not just because of the inconvenience, but because these medications are tied directly to my mental and physical health. Being told one thing in person and the opposite afterward left me anxious, frustrated, and unsure of how to manage conditions I’ve had under control for years. No patient should be put through that kind of emotional whiplash. The lack of communication, consistency, and accountability was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
Dr. Ball and the whole crew are the best health professionals you will ever find anywhere. They are like family. I know I am getting the best healthcare possible . Always look forward to my appointment because everyone is so friendly and caring.
