The team over at MPC are the incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their communication is top notch and I always know exactly what work is being done on my Mercedes. I highly recommend Midwest Performance Cars! The staff is extremely professional and maintained constant communication throughout the inspection and repair of my vehicle. After inspection was complete, they shared a full report of their findings and gave me the option to choose what I would like them to address. This is very beneficial for DIY’ers like myself who are all about taking good care of their car while not overspending. Again, I highly recommend this shop!

I’ve brought my car to Midwest Performance Cars twice now for repair and maintenance work, and both times I left impressed. The staff clearly know what they’re doing — they took time to explain what was going on with my car and answered my questions without making me feel rushed or talked down to. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they actually care about doing the job right, not just getting you out the door. Each time I’ve received a detailed inspection report with pictures as well as detailed estimates. Both visits were smooth from start to finish, and I’ve felt confident in the work every time. Highly recommend if you have a German vehicle and you’re looking for a shop with knowledgeable, friendly people who treat you well.

I recently brought my Cayenne in for its 20,000-mile service and was blown away, yet again, by the experience from start to finish. Scheduling is effortless, book online or give them a call and they'll handle everything on the spot. Drop off is a breeze, and they even offer a car service to take you home afterward. Once your vehicle is in their hands, they work efficiently without ever cutting corners, getting your car back to you as quickly as the job allows. The quality of their work is genuinely superior to what I've experienced at the Porsche dealership in Chicago, and at a third of the price. That alone is reason enough to make the switch, but what truly sets them apart is their professionalism and customer care. They follow up after every service to make sure you're completely satisfied. That kind of attention is rare. Brian, Kaleb, & Aimee were absolute superstars this visit; knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff reflects the same standard of excellence. 10/10! I can't recommend Midwest Performance Cars highly enough. Once you try them, you won't go back to the dealership.
This company was outstanding- I had a great experience with Midwest Performance Cars. My 2008 Audi TT developed what appeared to be a major transmission issue while I was out of town, and I was expecting the worst. Nothing can be more stressful than getting a call like that. I had it towed here immediately on the strength of the reviews alone. Instead of jumping to an expensive repair, the team carefully diagnosed the problem, found a cracked transmission filter housing, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the repair process. They kept me informed, never pressured me into additional work, and were transparent about what was necessary versus what could wait. When I picked the car up, it was driving smoother than it had before the problem started. They saved me from what could have been an unnecessary transmission replacement and earned my trust in the process.
