The KVN crew is incredible! Our roof was replaced in just 2 short days. Communication about the project was top notch, we received lots of pictures to help track progress, and our yard was clean at the end of each work day. We will absolutely call KVN for future projects.
KVN product and service were 5 star quality. From the beginning and throughout the process, the communication from every employee was excellent. Our project manager Jesse, Javier, and the entire roofing crew did an amazing job. Jesse's had video and photo updates every day explaing the progress and features of the new roof. Javier also had photo updates and continual communication as the project was underway. Everyone in the crew was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend KVN for all your roofing needs.
Over the winter we noticed water dripping through the overhang over our porch. After getting an emergency tarp placed on the house my wife and I began the endless parade of contractors coming through our house to bid on a what it would be to replace or repair our roof. To say that prices vary between contractors would be an understatement. Every contractor had a varying degrees of severity, risk, time lines, product costs, and deal closing tactics. KVN Construction is probably the closest you can get to white glove service at a cost that will not force you to sell your home to pay it off. We previously had contracted them to repair some siding when we first bought out house. This would be the second time we have taken bids on a project and this is the second time KVN has knocked the other folks out of the water. No pun intended. Kirill, Mya, Jessie, Ben, Javier and the rest of their team were in constant contact before, during, and after project completion providing pictures and video throughout the process. They are incredibly responsive to questions or concerns that you might have in order to get you want: A new roof that will keep you dry in the Pacific Northwest. I am not telling you to simply call KVN and sign with them no questions asked. I am saying you should make KVN on of the teams to make a bid among the others so you can see the difference.
