I’ve worked with Josh A Roofing for three separate roof and gutter replacement jobs on three separate houses. Each new home I moved into the last 10 years had old roofs and spring storms finally did them in. Upon recommendation from a longtime friend, I gave Josh a call, and he came out within a day or two to have a look at the roof and to let me know if he thought insurance would cover a replacement, and he was in contact with them to advocate for me. Since then, I’ve worked with both Josh and Jeff, his project estimator, and they are super nice guys. They help you understand all parts of the job they intend to do as well as which things could be delayed if you’re on a budget. Prices are reasonable prices, and they offer financing if needed. My most recent project, I had the roof and gutters replaced. I went with a black roof and copper gutters. I plan to repaint the siding as well to a more complimentary color, but I’m very happy with the way it looks. The team they send out to do the work is always on time and gets started right away. They’re quick and efficient, clean up after themselves, and the work always looks amazing when done. The gutter team operates the same. I highly recommend giving them a call to see what they can do for you. I’m confident you won’t be disappointed.

We bought our house in March of this year knowing it had a 20+ year roof on it and was in bad shape. We have used Josh A Roofing for smaller jobs in the past and wanted to stick with them again due to the quality of the work. This was a huge job. I think if my math is correct, nearly 7,000 sq feet of roof to replace - we also needed all gutters and downspouts done. Our roof has a ton of pitch & slopes on it and that complicates things as well as the original builders put 4 inch gutters on which are improperly sized and we had major run off & water containment issues. We worked direcly with Jeff. He was amazing! He was super responsive and he stayed on top of the project even before it began. He answered every single question that I had and my husband. They worked with us to get insurance to cover a portion of the roof due to storm damage. The financing was easy to apply for and more than adequate for us. The crew was punctual, respectful and worked incredibly hard even around these holidays (as that is when the weather cooperated). I was a little hesitant having it done in the winter but again, Jeff explained everything and answered all our questions. They waited for the appropriate weather and worked so hard once they started. This entire project was less than 5 days which is absolutely astounding for the size of it! We have young kids, nap schedules, pets and just a busy life so we appreciated the crew being incredibly respectful while they were working. I would 100% recommend the company and specifically, Jeff! He was very thorough and always kept us informed.
