We found that our roof that was initially put on our Six-Year old home had a Manufacturer defect, and therefore needed to be replaced. We looked at over 8 bids and finally settled on Hargrove Roofing. As you can imagine, we were very nervous to even start this project. With that said, the care Hargrove Roofing took on what to us is a new home was exceptional. They took their time and made sure our roof was perfect. Thank you, Zachary, Kingsley, and David for an amazing job.
Chatted with 3 people, Hargrove being one of them. Not only were they the most reasonable, but they did not upsell me or push products. They laid the facts, were patient with all my questions and stood by their statements. We had a small step or two along the way that was no ones fault, but did not align with my vision. Zach personally came out for clarity and got everyone on on it immediately. It was never "This persons fault" or "Not our problem", it was, "this is how we will fix it". AMAZING before, during and AFTER the sale. People like this is how the industry standard shoudl be. A++. I am in the Spring, TX Area and I now have a roofer for LIFE!

I had a great experience with Hargrove Roofing thanks to Zachary Holmes. Zachary was very professional and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns had by me and my husband . The staff during the day of installation was also friendly and professional. Overall, if you want a company that provides a great product and awesome customer service Hargrove with Zachary is the company to use. Thanks again Zach for your impeccable customer service!
The team was highly skilled / professional and communicated quickly during the planning and day-of process. The team cleaned the landscaping and driveway when they were finished, started on time and checked in during the repair to ensure everything was advancing towards expectations. I will recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof at their house!
We have a low sloping roof on a trilevel house from the 1960’s that was leaking and not getting the rain to our gutters creating problems on the siding. Zach and his team at Hargrove came to the rescue, he was great listener and problem solver, he tailored the low-sloping materials and color that we wanted, and Hargrove was significantly lower in their price compared to other bids. Very few contractors have expertise with low sloping roofs. The crew was careful and arrived early and completed all the work in one day for us. We have a pool along one side of house, and they kept the pool and yard totally clean of debris. They improved our attic circulation by adding six wind turbines. We went with a white mulehide modified bitumen for our flat slope. It looks great and will lower our summer AC costs. Heavy rain now drains to gutters and Zach worked with us to repair our rotten siding for significantly less than other contractor bids. The unique financing option of 1-year without interest enabled us to repair the roof before things got worse. To top things off we received two free Astros tickets for game of our choice.
