I hired Mike and team for a major remodel (kitchen & 2 bathrooms) at a rental property. I was overseas at the time, but Mike made the process simple. He recommended paint colors, tile patterns and cabinets, and kept me updated with frequent photos of the job. He hit my tight timelines and I was thrilled with the results. A few months later my tenants noticed water damage in the ceiling. It turned out to be totally unrelated from the remodel, but Mike nonetheless quickly responded to my text and helped me troubleshoot. Once I determined the cause, I called Mike again. He had a plumber and dry waller out within a few days to quickly remedy the situation. He even coordinated directly with my tenants so I didn't have to be involved. We found Wolf Construction online and were drawn to the fact that they were a local company. After meeting GC Mike, we felt completely at ease—he was personable, honest, and genuinely excited to work on a local project. We submitted an estimate through the website and heard from Mike that same day. The scope of our project was extensive: a full kitchen remodel, updating flooring from carpet to hardwood on the first floor, new carpet on the second floor, converting an upstairs loft into a third bedroom, full interior and exterior repainting, and updating all lighting and fixtures throughout the home. Mike handled it all with clarity, professionalism, and exceptional communication. Even though we weren’t on-site, we felt confident in Mike and his crew. He provided timely, detailed progress updates, responded quickly to every question, and never hesitated when we requested changes. He took feedback well and stayed flexible throughout the process. Payments were straightforward, with multiple options and clearly broken down stages so we always knew what to expect. The only overages were those we requested beyond the original scope. We had an excellent experience working with Wolf Construction Group and Mike Wolf on our basement renovation (approximately 1,200 square feet). From the very beginning, Mike took the time to truly listen to what we wanted and made sure the final design and finished product reflected our vision. He was thoughtful, patient, and never rushed the process. Mike even took the time to meet us at the design center and offered helpful opinions and suggestions that genuinely elevated the overall look of the space. His experience really showed, and we appreciated how collaborative the process felt. He was also very flexible and accommodating when we decided to make changes along the way. Mike and his crew were extremely respectful of our home. They went out of their way to keep the construction area contained and made sure debris wasn’t tracked through the upstairs, which we greatly appreciated. Being local was a big reason we chose Mike, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I bought our first home in Superior in late fall 2021 and ended up remodeling much of the interior.
