I had an issue where although I didn’t have a “plumbing” problem I did need a licensed plumber to come and confirm that it was not plumbing. I called Parthenon plumbing after hearing about them from my co-worker, and not only has everyone been so kind and professional, but I had someone out to my house less than 12 hours of my calling! I would highly recommend this company, and will def be using them should I truly have a plumbing need in the future. Thank you so much for fast and professional service! It is so very appreciated during this very stressful time for our family!!!

We had an emergency situation with our water heater. Parthenon was quick to get us on the schedule and by the afternoon, we had a new water heater. Both techs were very pleasant and knowledgeable...and honest, which is refreshing in the home repair business! I would not hesitate to call them for plumbing needs in the future.
Really want to spend some time highlighting Adam. It’s easy to give a business 5 stars when things go well without issue. When issues do arise, Parthenon (and particularly) Adam have been so professional, reliable, and timely in correcting our HVAC system. Thank you for the efforts to keep us cool.
The service itself was outstanding. Management decisions and responses could be better. We received a lower estimate from another company. When asked if they would meet in the middle somewhere I was told it was a "hard no." Although we weren't happy, not only with the decision but the wording of the answer, we went with them anyway because we really liked the service tech, Kevin, who came out and gave the estimate. We asked if he could do the work and he did an outstanding job!
