Our kitchen sink was draining slowly, would fill up with water when the washing machine was running, and would overflow if the dishwasher was on. We’d also randomly have overflow from the laundry room drain as well. (Pic with towel) Steven came earlier than anticipated and knocked it out of the park. We had multiple clogs in the pipes and he had to go back in a second time after testing if the first snake worked. Now our drain is working perfectly! Coming from a DIY Jill of all trades, I’m very happy with the service provided and will definitely have them back if any other plumbing needs arise. Specifically Steven!! ☺️
“You need a new HVAC unit” is not a fun thing to hear as a homeowner but let me tell you: if it means you get to hang out with Quentin from Donelson Air, it is actually great news!! In fact, it might be worth breaking or dismantling your HVAC unit just to have this experience. Q was personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He walked me through my options, listened to my needs and concerns, and troubleshot issues in real time. He also let my dog Ernie turn his coat into a bed (pictured). I thought about taking one star away because Ernie was absolutely devastated to have to give up the coat, but it was probably a good lesson in resilience for him.

Today is February 27, 2026, and I have just met the best heat and air technician in Tennessee. Brandon from Donelson Air Service Experts is AWESOME! My Heat/Air system has been working fine but it would not have been working much longer if Brandon did not do some really professional work and check my system's capacitor. This dude saved me $950! Brandon makes me love being a Donelson Air Service Experts client. Brandon if you read this, Thank you, very, very much.
Setting up the Maintenance service was easy by calling in. Confirmations and reminders were sent. “Jack’ John called as he was on his way our direction. He arrived and was professionally friendly as he told us what he needed to do. After observing the thermostat and the unit, he let us know the “battery” was at about 25%. There was no pressure to replace, but he did offer. After a bit more testing, Jack gave us the suggestion of a UV light. After letting him know we had already purchased one, he went back to look and then called the office. Evidently, when the new unit was put in, the purchased UV light was blown too and they did not have one at the time. Jack immediately let us know it would be replaced at no charge. Thank you, Donelson, for making good something done a few years back and with no problems. All was so respectful, friendly, and informative. He even loved on our big dogs. Hopefully, the battery will continue for a while - it was worked so hard during the winter storm. Thank you!
James Sewell and Donelson Air Experts did a great job diagnosing my issues with my HVAC unit as well as the total replacement. They were very professional during the entire process and communicated with me all along the way. Landon was also very helpful with the setting up the financing (even got me a veteran's discount). James even tore out infrastructure under the house that was over 20 years old and replaced with all new...Extra mile! I have been with Donelson for over 20 years and highly recommend them!
