We had a a really nice experience with PV HVAC, and would definitely recommend them. Our house was built in 1968, our air conditioner unit was well over 30 years ago and the furnace was over 20 years. We had to replace the entire system, we knew it would be costly, we got several and went with PV because they were recommended by our service guy - who no longer does installs. Every person at PV was thorough, and knowledgeable, they provided choices for price points and we ready to get to work when we needed them. Our old system was not up to code and made the new install a bit more complicated, our technicians Jose and Jordy worked tirelessly, it took a day and a half and they were so polite and careful with our house and dogs. We now have a beautiful Daiken unit, it has been a couple of weeks and the system is a tremendous upgrade! Jose and Jordy deserve the highest praise, we are thrilled with their hard work and the service from PV.

Installation of a new heat pump system: I had an outstanding experience with PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing from start to finish. My experience actually started well before the installation. The first service technician, Hung who came to my home on the same day I called, carefully diagnosed the issues with my old system, identifying both a failing control board and a recurring refrigerant leak. He clearly explained my options, answered all of my questions, and, most importantly, gave me the time and space to make my decision without any pressure. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. That same day, the project manager, Josh, performed a detailed load calculation and carefully evaluated my home’s insulation, windows, orientation, and overall cooling needs. He explained that my existing 3-ton system was oversized for my home and presented three different replacement options based on his analysis. He thoroughly explained the advantages of each system, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and helped me select the solution that best fit my home and comfort goals. The following day, the installation team members, Jose and Tim, were exceptional. They were friendly, respectful of my home, communicated with me throughout the day, and paid great attention to detail. Even in extremely hot weather, they took the time to complete the installation properly, perform all required testing, verify there were no refrigerant leaks, and document everything before leaving. Their commitment to quality was obvious. I chose a Daikin Fit variable-speed heat pump, and the improvement in comfort has been remarkable. The airflow is gentle and consistent, the system is incredibly quiet, the humidity is well controlled, and the temperature is much more even throughout the house. The upstairs bedroom, which had always been the most difficult room to keep comfortable, is now noticeably more comfortable. I also appreciate the excellent communication, the thorough workmanship, the comprehensive reports and the included two years of maintenance. It’s clear that this company values doing the job right rather than simply getting it done. Overall, in just 2 days, PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing assessed my home’s needs, designed the right solution and completed top-notch installation of my new system, all in the middle of an Atlanta heat wave! Thank you to the entire PV team for an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
PV Heating, Cooling and plumbing was the best choice I ever made. The level of service this company provides is unmatched. Their customer service, integrity, and financial flexibility are truly exceptional. I found this company online last Sunday and requested a free consultation. Within minutes, I received a call, and an associate scheduled an appointment for the very next day. On Monday, Kevin came to my house. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He provided a reasonable quote; however, my budget did not fully align with my needs. Kevin then called Jason, the owner, who personally took the time to listen to my situation and worked with me to make it possible. The technicians, David and Jairon, arrived on time and were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They even took the time to educate me on how to properly care for the new system. I will gladly refer this company to anyone. Highly recommended!
I had 3 quotes prior to going with PV. PV was a great company to work with! Ro wrote up the proposal and explained everything thoroughly. He notified us about the GA rebate that was able to help my parents afford the new system. David and Jairon did a great job with the install. David took the time to explain things to us despite having a busy install day. Jamie did the QC and was thorough. Overall a great company and will definitely recommend to others!
