PV Heating, Cooling and plumbing was the best choice I ever made. The level of service this company provides is unmatched. Their customer service, integrity, and financial flexibility are truly exceptional. I found this company online last Sunday and requested a free consultation. Within minutes, I received a call, and an associate scheduled an appointment for the very next day. On Monday, Kevin came to my house. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He provided a reasonable quote; however, my budget did not fully align with my needs. Kevin then called Jason, the owner, who personally took the time to listen to my situation and worked with me to make it possible. The technicians, David and Jairon, arrived on time and were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They even took the time to educate me on how to properly care for the new system. I will gladly refer this company to anyone. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a customer of PV’s for a few years now and only have great things to say about their service. Their guys are knowledgeable and rarely suggest items to fix that don’t need to be addressed soon so it never feels like they’re just trying to upsell you to make more money. Their office staff is responsive and helpful. If I ever have questions, they do proper follow up and usually have someone call me within 1 business day just to talk through whatever I might need help with. Would recommend and I’ll be a customer for quite a while.
I scheduled online and Alex called me within the hour. I got Kevin to my house by the end of the day same day. Fixed both my toilets and drains. I will definitely use PV again and highly recommend.
This place was spectacular. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know they were God sent because I was just searching for ac replacement companies and my gut said to go with them. They were so thorough from start to finish. They checked on us throughout the installation and texted us a picture of the guys who were coming to replace the system, which is rare. Even those guys were so respectful and pleasant. I have to also give kudos to our representative Steph, who was just amazing throughout the entire process! Their financing process was the easiest I’ve ever seen. PV’s entire team was pleasant and showed the great customer service we’re missing with some companies today. I will tell all of my friends and family to use PV Heating and cooling.
