I had a wonderful experience at One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Mockingbird Station. The clinic provides high-quality healthcare in a modern and welcoming environment. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to understand individual health concerns. The staff are friendly, professional, and make every visit efficient and comfortable. Their commitment to patient care and overall wellness truly stands out. After my appointment, I visited Emilio's Mexican Kitchen and enjoyed an excellent meal. My favorite clinic I’ve ever been to. Abbey is an excellent PCP, she listens to and acknowledges your concerns, is incredibly prompt on sending referrals for you and following up with results, and is always kind, caring and personable. They have a lab on site so getting testing down is quick and easy, and the clinic is always very clean. I cannot reccomend it enough!
The receptionist left me outside ringing the doorbell for 10 minutes, with no one at the front desk, even though I arrived 50 minutes before closing. When someone finally came to the desk and let me in, I was told the phlebotomist would not draw my blood because they were “getting ready to leave,” despite it still being within the posted lab hours. I explained that I had driven over 30 minutes and that there was more than enough time to complete the draw if I hadn’t been left standing outside. That was dismissed, and I was told I would have to come back the next day if I wanted to get labs done. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced at One Medical and a complete disregard for patients’ time. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Greg is such a caring doctor. He listens to my needs and willing to handle any question with curiosity and expertise. I’ve been seeing him for three years for my annual physicals and he always has something new to catch me up on.
