This location is like a handy man, does decent work for all kinds of things but master of none. My first night I was hungry and was too late to go somewhere or Doordash something. Menu seems good until you start looking around at the plates. Prices dont match the quality you might be expecting. Unless you really need to eat here its OK to bad, but there are plenty of nice places around to enjoy more. My "entree" of three little shrimp tails with a few cauliflower crowns, no seasoning, bland, and either the grill/flattop is not clean cause there were crunchy things there. Had to order fries to fill me, which never came but the staff was kind enough to bring me food and preserve which were probably the thing that night. If you just want a drink, the bar is good with experienced drink makers, I didn't have adrink here but the ones I saw looked on the up and up. Room was nice, maybe its just me but its kind of dated or maintenance is not making much of an effort on repairs, it like something my skill level could do. Service at the desk was good but very transactional, but that could be just my receptionist as the other receptionist seemed attentive and thoughtful. Parking is a little confusing but you get used to it. Location-wise, its near the Lennox shopping center, which is good but I think downtrend street is better.
Well great hotel and great location. There is a nice Thai restaurant across the street. It looks grand and staff was very friendly. They were very welcoming and accomodative. They have a nice retro bar downstairs and it is right by the mall. Parking is expensive. Gym was very spacious. Swimming pool was gorgeous.

Great stay from start to finish. Paul greeted us upon arrival and kept my spouse busy as I checked in. Spouse really loved him Got everything organized for our checkin re luggage. Rio at both checkin and check out. Very polite and efficient. John assisted with our luggage at arrival and departure. He’s a gem! The terrace suite is not inexpensive but so worth it if you can afford. We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our time outside. Bed was comfy. I don’t sleep well and had several hours straight of uninterrupted sleep. Bathroom had decent pressure and good hot water. Next time need to plan a longer stay to enjoy the attached mall a bit more.
I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Buckhead in Atlanta, GA, and it has quickly become one of my favorite hotels. It truly met my expectations. The room I stayed in was spacious, easy to move around in, and appeared to be newly renovated, which made the stay even more comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. One thing that really surprised me—in the best way—was that the hotel offered destination shopping vouchers. I’ve never stayed anywhere that does that, and it was such a pleasant bonus. I’d easily give this hotel a 10/10. If you’re looking for a place to stay in the area, I highly recommend it. Lenox Mall is literally right next door, along with The Cheesecake Factory, which makes the location even more convenient. I also attended a conference hosted at the hotel, and based on that experience, I’d say it’s a great choice for corporate events as well. The facilities and service make it an excellent option for team gatherings or business functions.
I had higher expectations of the service I recieved. Everything like extra towels and wash clothes had be called to the front desk and even unstocked coffee maker in the room. Do better JE Marriot!
