Took my wife there on a Sunday afternoon. Maude and Dr Haldor took excellent care of her. She need to get two teeth extracted one on top and one on bottom on the same time. Maude made sure she was doing well during the whole appointment. Dr Haldor was very professional and kind during the procedure. Nice clean office everyone from the front desk to any employee involved was very professional and kind.
If you need immediate dental assistance this is the place I would recommend! No appointment needed, and they got me right in! Tara was the assistant that took me to my room did all my x rays and was very caring and compassionate and explain everything to my understanding. Dr. Miller preformed my tooth extraction with an assistant. And I did not catch her name, but they were both amazing. The tooth removed with no complications and has healed quickly. I went in for an extraction, the dentist didn't pull my tooth he dug it out like a barbarian. Didn't clean out the socket after, and didnt suture the site. There was so much epinephrine in my block it didn't bleed so immediately developed a dry socket. Then 15 days post extraction a bone shard erupted from the extraction site. Now today 5 weeks later several more bone shards have erupted. I do not recommend going here for extractions. This dentist needs some ce on proper extraction techniques. Update I had another large piece of alveolar bone erupt from my extraction site 7 weeks post.
I honestly can not rave about this office enough. Brittney the office manager was genuinely the most incredibly kind human I have ever met. Rachael the dental assistant was funny, made me feel comfortable and put me at ease through the x-ray process (which is significantly better than most offices I've been to) and was a complete sweetheart. Dr. Ali was the best Dentist I have ever seen. Hands down. Non-Judgmental, informative, didn't speak in terms I couldn't understand but also didn't talk down to me. He wanted to ensure I understood the why's and the how's and everything in-between. During my procedure he checked in with me constantly to ensure I was doing okay, and Val who was assisting him was yet another comforting person who was so kind. The office was clean and nice, the staff was warm and welcoming. If you're looking for good humans who want the best for you and your oral health, there isn't another place I would go. I am beyond grateful for the team I who helped me and will absolutely continue going here for any other work or routine cleanings. Thank you team for everything!!
Listen...full transparency. I have been in excruciating pain for almost 4 days and my finances was not the best. This company integrity, level of professionalism and total care was excellent. I cried and recevied tissue. My extraction was completed and les d the 20min, pain free. I will be referring all my friend and family. This should be the standard amongst all dental services herr in the Dayton area for the best Quality care and Treatment.
