My husband and I LOVE Maintenance Unlimited. We obtained multiple quotes when looking to replace our outdated HVAC system and they came in with a great price and even better service! Their crews are timely, courteous and very good at their jobs. We’ve had them back a few times to do small repairs for our second unit upstairs and some duct work replacement when the squirrels decided to have a party under the house. Always the same level of professionalism and pricing. Plus, Sean is fabulous to work with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
The team, always comes in on time. Is always professional and I have never felt like they were telling me to do something that we didn't need. We have had them replace 2 HVAC units but before that happened they always tried to find us away not to have to come out of pocket for that kind of expense. Plus it's the small things that you take note of like, wearing shoe covers, putting down protective paper on the floors and sweeping up afterwards. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Every time I call them to help me, I become more impressed. Sean and this team arrived prompt, finished an installation of my HVAC unit, gave me a reasonable price and answered all of my (annoying) follow up questions via text and/or phone. I have used them for years for bi-annual maintenance service but when my AC unit started to end its useful life, they ensured I didn’t stay hot in this 90+ degree GA heat! Thank you again for being reliable and resourceful.
