As a new patient with this dental practice, i am thoroughly impressed with the staff, their quality of service, and my overall experience. I moved into the area not long ago and have had the hardest time finding a dentist that takes my Humana Medicare plan. So i was excited when i learned Elegant Smiles was an in-network provider (1st star) and i didn't have to wait long for an appointment (2nd star). I scheduled an appt for a basic cleaning but ended up needing a deep cleaning. Well I did miss a few cleanings over the last 2 years so i braced for the situation and proceeded knowing it may be a bit more painful. But i was so wrong and pleasantly pleased. From the start, the warm welcome from Lauren, the dental assistant, was delightful. Her smile and joyful personality is infectious. She's attentive, very good at helping patients relax, and seems to enjoy her work (3rd star). Upon meeting Dr. McKie, i was immediately comfortable with his demeanor and appreciated his recommendations as well as the attention he gives to his patients. But the highlight was the care and gentleness of the cleaning. I've been there twice now to complete the deep cleaning and it truly has been the best dental experience i've had. Dr. McKie's efficiency, quality of service, and professionalism is praiseworthy.
I had a great time at Elegant Smile. The staff there were more than helpful. The minute I entered I was greeted by a lovely lady named Sylvia, she helped me get checked in. The service was great as well, I was in and out with no long waiting time. Both Lauren and Daysi were great at explaining what was happening and helped me understand questions I had. Dr. To was so wonderful and was constantly checking in to see if I was in any pain. Overall, I would say if you’re looking for dental care this is the place!

This was my first visit today because my coworkers really like this office so I thought I would try it I'm not going back to my other dentist! Not a chance! The front desk staff is lovely and my dental assistant, Lauren, is the friendliest, curious office staff worker I've encountered in years! The doctor was amazing! He was very explanatory and very patient with me, I get a little stressed in the chair. He's very thorough. I enjoyed my visit very much and I highly recommend this office! Well done!
Always a great time whenever I come for my annual cleaning. So much so I have not changed my dentist even after I moved away. Dr. McKie, my dentist is always so kind and thorough. I also had the pleasure of having Shevantai as my hygienist and I would recommend her a 100%.
Had a great experience at Elegant Smiles. Lauren, the dental assistant, had such positive energy and made me feel comfortable right away. She was very gentle while taking my X-rays, which I really appreciated because I have a strong gag reflex. The dentist was also fast, friendly, and made the appointment easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
