My sewer line backed up into my basement, including the finished part. I dealt with Greater Dayton Construction Group at 2 levels: cleanup/drying and the build back. Both groups were fantastic. They were on time, explained everything to me, and did a superb job. On top of it, they all had a great sense of humor, which helped in a stressful situation. And my dogs loved them 😀
Greater Dayton Construction Company did an exceptional job remodeling our kitchen, dining room, living room, and entryway. Everyone we worked with was very professional and courteous. From the moment work began, the care of our home and lifestyle was evident. They were thorough, detailed, and definitely customer oriented. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them!

This is the second time this year that I hired Greater Dayton Construction. They are simply the best. From Jeff (estimator), to Nick (BEST project manager!) to Robin (contractor) and Elijah, to Matt (electrician) to Jeff and Mike (flooring) they were all true professionals who went out of their way to provide excellent work. They were also unfailingly kind, friendly and went the extra mile as revisions were made mid-stream. Highly recommend.
These guys are clowns. The subcontractors displayed no craftsmanship in any aspect of the project. They screwed up the bathroom tile and had to come back several times. The trim in our basement had to be redone 3 times. The painter's quality sucked. There was not a single aspect of this project that was done well without issue. Edit: Yes, Greater Dayton Construction Group did fix most of these issues. However, I have no respect for so called professionals who jerk you around with poor quality. If you guys are so professional why did you need me to point out so many failures in quality and service? Your high quality restoration was reactionary to my repeated and constant complaints to the poor quality you delivered.
In April of 2025, we had some storm damage and my insurer put me in contact with Jeff at Greater Dayton Construction Group. Jeff communicated well with me, was knowledgeable and helpful, and turned around an estimate that I ultimately went with. The project then got turned over the a Project Manager, Nick who was also great to work with. Quick to respond via text and phone call, showed up when he said he would, was helpful in communicating a couple of my questions to the two different contractors, and the quality of work was solid. I did not catch the employees name who did the interior repairs and painting, but he was very nice, helpful, and did a great job. Very happy with their work and I would use them again should a need arise.
