This was easily the best hotel experience I've the pleasure of enjoying. Everything was clean, well appointed, and welcoming from check in to check out. The stay started with an unexpectedly early arrival. Jackie at the front desk went above and beyond to move things around such that we could get into a room, long before any hotel I've experienced has been able to. The rooms themselves were near to spotless, the sheets and duvets were luxurious and comforting, the rooms had windows that opened to allow for fresh air, and the layout was great for productivity and organization. I felt at home at every stage, and staff continued to be helpful and kind. The location was near to transport, intensely walkable, and the free cookies in the lobby after 3 were a nice touch! When it came time to checkout, Mahir made the experience not only painless, but a pleasure. He held our bags, answered any questions I had, and was kind enough to send me home with a souvenir from what is the best hotel experience I've had. I look forward to returning someday to my new favorite hotel, and hope that the other StayPineapple hotels around the country meet the sky-high standard that the staff at the Watertown have set. Thanks for everything!
Great location for a conference at UW. Easily accessible and close to some cool spots. The staff was helpful and kind, and I loved the coffee/cookie hour. Very cool that they provide guests with a reusable bottle for their water station (which includes sparkling water!). The European bedding was interesting and cozy. The branding was such a nice little touch in a world of boring corporate hotels, but it still had all the same amenities. WiFi was easy (and free!) to access and the connection was good. Overall, a really great stay, and I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area or another location!

We had a lovely time during our stay and would absolutely book with them again for how modern and cozy everything was made to feel. The staff was friendly, and there was always someone available to assist us. Their "water bar" concept is cute and we used it every day to replenish ice-cold sparkling and still water. In the rooms, they have very fluffy/comfy dual-duvets, plenty of outlets/charging ports, a full length mirror, great pour-over coffee, and even slow-closing toilet seats as a bonus. The thought behind the design and ameneties of the room are what really made it stand out for us. They may not be the most-upscale when it comes to sheer luxury, but it's all the little things put together that makes you think, "that's smart", or "this is really cute." If I had one suggestion, it would be to have a small table and two chairs in the corner for ease of in-room dining. But this is negligible when you consider it's meant to be pet-friendly with less to potentially be knocked over. The underground parking ramp was amazing to help keep peace of mind during our stays and not have to worry about finding/paying for street parking or a nearby overnight ramp.
Great budget hotel in the U-District area. Beds & linens were so comfortable, AC worked amazing, and the hotel service was great. We had an issue with our tv but Sam, the tech manager, was so nice & friendly & he fixed it right away. Hotel location was close to the university & just a 4 min walk to the Link. Only con was the outdated bathroom, which needs to be renovated to match the rest of the room & hotel. Overall, good stay & would repeat again!
Had a short but very pleasant stay. The highlight was the excellent customer service by the staff member working in the morning of Oct 12 (sorry, I did not catch his name!). Without his service I don’t think I would have felt compelled to leave a review. A close second would be the incredibly comfortable and fluffy duvets. I also loved that the room did not have carpet. The pillows were a little too flat and low for my comfort but that’s a personal preference. Location is good with the proximity to eating places and public transit, even though we drove. I would stay here again.
