The best view and dinner! It is a bit out of the way if you’re not staying close by but it’s worth the drive. The view is breathtaking and you can watch the sunset while you dine. The only critique I have is the service could have been more personable. Normally they will ask if you’re celebrating anything etc.the service was great other than that. The appetizers were large portions, I ordered two and I was full. The beef tartare was great! The star of the show was definitely the dessert! We got the pumpkin mousse. I would highly recommend going even just for a drink and appetizers in their terrace room!
What a fantastic experience! My partner and I came for a nice dinner and was blown away by the views. I will say upfront that I think this place is great for a few cocktail and an app to watch the sunset. I felt the service and ambiance inside where you eat dinner to be lacking. The food was great! The steak was huge and perfectly seasoned, the chicken was so juicy and the free bread was the cherry on-top. I’m sure we’ll be back!

The views are amazing! Food was also very good, we went on a Monday and figured we didn’t need a reservation- we got super lucky and got a window view! We also have a tree nut allergy and the fact that the pesto was made without pine nuts made our night. Bil our waiter was outstanding and also Tyler who helped out was fantastic- very knowledgeable. I loved the set up that the two of them had!
Different Pointe of View delivers some of the most breathtaking views in Phoenix, especially as the sun sets. The atmosphere is refined yet peaceful, ideal for a romantic night or a special celebration. Service was outstanding—friendly, polished, and attentive without feeling overbearing. The food was enjoyable and beautifully presented, living up to the expectations of an upscale Arizona dining experience, even if the visuals stood out more than the flavors.
Pluses: 1. The views are fantastic. Prior to being seated, we went to the patio and very much enjoyed the panoramic view of downtown & a large portion of the valley. 2. The personal service can only be described as top notch, A1 & Primo. Our waiter had an impressive knowledge of the wine list. He was welcoming & helpful: always there when we needed him but never hovering. 3. The dining facilities/seating were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. 4. It was a very fun drive all the way to the top. 5. The steak tartar appetizer was to die for! Wow & Yum! Minuses: 1. The Filet Minot was not even close to the best I've ever had. We were very disappointed in the main course. My steak was undercooked, wife's steak was very well done. The flavor was off as well. The duck fat fingerling potatoes were not good. Wife's mashed potatoes were very good. Best part of the main dish were some very tasty, crisp asparagus spears. Quite honestly, Texas Roadhouse will give you a better filet for a third of the price. 2. The valet parking was non existent. No one ever showed up (5pm). 3. The odor inside the building was very off putting. Don't know if it was mold, mildew or old smell. Almost enough to make our party of eight turn around. It did seem to dissappear once we were all the way to the top. So, a mixed review. We really wanted this to be a great experience. It was and it wasnt.
