We had a HUGE mess at my mom’s house. Broken toilet, a main that needed the city to have cut off at the curb, etc. etc. Our plumber (John) was such a good sport, and so helpful. My mom’s house (did I mention that she smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day), was a huge mess, but John was so kind, and thorough. It took about 3 hours to get the service done, but he was amazing. Now the bathroom is working like a dream.
Carter's My Plumber performed above and beyond to replace my tankless water heater in a very timely and efficient manner. They were there when I needed them, had the unit replaced, and back in action in only a few short hours. They took the time to make sure everything was clean and professionally installed. We had Carter’s My Plumber install a toilet, water softener, whole-home carbon filter, and backup sump pump in our new home. Zach R. came out the day after I called, provided clear and complete pricing, and did not pressure us toward any particular option. The pricing outlined for the work was fair. John T. completed the work the following day and thoroughly explained the required maintenance. The installation appeared to take more time and effort than originally anticipated, but the final cost remained exactly as quoted. Everything is functioning as expected, and both Zach and John were courteous and professional. I would gladly recommend Carter’s My Plumber to my neighbors and will continue to use them for future plumbing needs.
Carters My Plumber did an all around amazing job, from customer service to the end result! I had a lot of work done: 3 new toilets, PRV Valve replacement, Water Softener install, & water heater installed. The 2 guys that did the job were great! I had Carters My Plumber come out for a 2nd quote, the quote was $1800 cheaper than the 1st. They came the next day and had quality products installed within 6.5 hours! My home feels healthier because of Carters My Plumber! Thank you all!!! Great Team!!
