Rose Roofing, led by Jonathan Rose has built a relationship with our family over the years based on trust. Aldridge Martinez was prompt and helpful. After multiple hail and wind storms over the past decade, our 15+ year-old roof never showed enough damage for them to recommend a replacement—which we really appreciated. They were always honest instead of trying to upsell us. When it finally came time to replace our roof, they were the first company we called. Their pricing was clear, communication was thorough, and we felt confident we were in good hands from start to finish. Our new roof looks beautiful, the attic venting and garage vent are great. And we’re so grateful for their quality, trustworthy work. It also means a lot to support a local Jersey Village company we truly trust.

My dad had work done by the second generation Rose, which led me to reaching out when we were buying a house with an old roof that we wanted inspected, and ultimately we hired them to replace the roof. They're probably not the cheapest you can find, but I was consistently impressed with Aldridge's knowledge, the thoroughness (and speed!) of his answers when we had questions, and the lack of pressure to do the more expensive shingle option. On roof day, he was unfortunately out sick but still answered an email, and Jonathan instead was quick in resolving the questions we had. The roof looks great and was done by around 3 or 3:30 in the afternoon. They took photos of the process and final result for us to send to insurance, too! They were the smoothest and most pleasant part of this whole thing (I mean, the "competition" was the HOA and insurance, but). Very pleased!
