Rose Roofing has taken care of little projects for me over the years and more recently replace our whole roof. They are always honest and dependable. They arrived exactly when they said they would and worked so hard to get our new roof installed quickly and carefully. Jonathan is very responsive and does what he says he will. He runs a very efficient team from the office to the field.

We requested quotes from four different companies, but Rose Roofing stood out as the quality company. The inspection and estimate were fair. Communication was excellent and we have 30 days to pay. The crew showed up at 7 AM sharp, stripped the old roof in one day and installed new roof per our specifications. Highly recommend.

While doing a bathroom remodel, a hole was discovered in my roof. Multiple inspectors told me what I suspected; my roof was at the end of its life (it was installed in April 1997). After getting a number of estimates, I selected Rose Roofing. They are an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor. They installed Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Storm class 4 shingles as well as new roof decking with a thermal barrier. There were obvious ripples in my old roof where the decking was sagging and Jonathan included an estimate to replace the decking. The entire job took less than a day. Because of the roof deck replacement, there wasn't nearly as much debris compared to a normal roof replacement. My neighbors commented that they did not find any nails or other debris in their yards. Rose Roofing also repaired a cracked rafter. New solar fans and vent stack covers completed my roof. Several people in my neighborhood have commented on how good my new roof looks. I highly recommend you contact Jonathan Rose and the folks at Rose Roofing if you need a roof replaced.
I have used Rose Roofing for various leaks and repairs for over 10 years, and mostly recently for a roof replacement. They are always prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are friendly and I speak to the same people each time I call. They have never suggested repairs that seemed unnecessary. A couple years ago I asked if I should just replace my roof and they suggested it had good life left so let’s delay. The only reason I just replaced it was to prep for the market. It’s a great family-run small business whom I highly recommend! Sadly I just moved out of the area and can no longer enjoy their services.
