I made an appointment with Dr. Havlen to discuss a minor health concern. Dr. Havlen always listens and gives her full attention to any concerns….no matter how minor. I appreciate the time and full attention she gives me at every appointment. Also, the front desk and nursing staff are always professional and courteous.
Dr Havlen is experienced and has a thorough checklist for med history & patient needs. I highly recommend her as a Personal Care Physician.
Dr. Havlen is an excellent PCP, one with both good diagnostic skills as well as showing genuine caring for her patients.. She is a very good listener and when I visit her she makes me feel like she has plenty of time for me and I am heard. I recently had symptoms that might have indicated a serious situation, and Dr. Havlen called me with test results just hours after I had a test because she knew I was worried. I very much appreciate her attentiveness and caring for her patients, and I highly recommend her to others.

As always, everything went very smoothly. I really like Dr Havlen as she takes the time to talk with me. Unlike other doctor, she doesn’t appear to have one foot out the door.
I waited months for my new patient physical, but it was well worth it. Dr. Havlen took the time needed to learn about my medical history and medical concerns and she made recommendations for moving forward. My previous PCP of 30 years retired last year and I’m so relieved to have found another excellent physician for the years to come.
