Stayed for 3 nights, while the place is under renovation. We were not told it would be under renovation and it was loud the whole time, workers playing music loudly throughout the whole day. We supposedly got one of the newly renovated room and it looked old, scuffs everywhere, paint chipping in the bathroom, even the shower didnt work properly. The water barely came out, it took forever to wash our hair. Our first night we noticed we only had 2 towels, and our family of 4 would have liked a few more at least so we called down to the front desk and they said "Um is one okay?" We were like we'd like at least one per person? And they said "if you can bring down the two dirty towels we can exchange them for clean ones. Our cleaners are gone for the day." It was 4pm. The pool was small and indoors which wasn't a problem, but it was filled with dirt and grime. My husband pushed it around and luckily it was just dirt but it was pretty gross to have our two young kids in that. And after taxes and everything prices literally came out to nearly as much as one of the finer hotels in the area. Would not recommend.
I was very disappointed with my stay. Check-in was supposed to begin at 3:00 PM, but the experience was frustrating from the start. We arrived around noon and were told to come back in an hour. When we returned at 2:45 PM, we were told to wait again. Even after 3:00 PM, our room was still not ready. To make matters worse, the hotel's Wi-Fi system was having issues, causing check-ins to take nearly 30 minutes per guest. With two people ahead of us, we didn't receive our room until almost 4:00 PM. I had a scheduled function and ended up having to get ready in my car while my husband waited in line. Because of the delay, I was late for my Queen Mary tour. The staff also told us they would waive the $25 parking fee because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. In addition, I specifically asked to use a different card for payment. Because their system was having issues, they charged the card on file instead, leaving a much larger charge on my debit card than expected. With the $195 room charge plus a $200 deposit, it significantly affected my budget for the rest of my trip. I wish they had used the credit card I provided. The room itself was nice, but unfortunately the poor check-in process, broken Wi-Fi system, unfulfilled promise regarding parking, and payment issues overshadowed the entire experience. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I've had.

Room is clean and quiet. Location is good. Staff are very nice. I give total two stars, because of extremely poor Wi-Fi in room and extremely expensive Tesla charging prices($0.65/kWh)
The room was nice but not very well cleaned. We found two floss picks on the floor when we entered the room. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. The breakfast was okay but the room was very small and crowded we ended up getting food and taking it back to the room to eat as there was no place to sit. The pool is not heated. The hotel is very central and walking distance to many places so that was nice.
Stayed here for a couple days while I attended a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. Cristal was amazing at the front the front desk, she was very accommodating and professional. My room had a small balcony which was nice! Close to restaurants and activities.
