I had a wonderful stay at Juniper NEXT Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt comfortable and well thought out. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendliness and professionalism. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the decor—it’s modern, stylish, and has a unique character that really sets the hotel apart. The design creates a relaxing yet vibrant vibe that made it easy to unwind after a long day. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautifully designed place to stay.
Just checked in at close to 4 pm and had to wait for room for over a half hour as it was not ready due to a bad morning on their part. No problem went for a walk. Came back and went to room but it had a very strong smell of cleaning agent and had to air out room for quite a few minutes. One reason we decided stay here was the in lobby bars reviews. We went out for dinner came back to relax (9 pm) to relax in bar. The bar unknown to the desk and us was closed for a private party (corporate event). Wanted a real cocktail , not a free one from the room that was offered as room selection not good. Next time will stay higher quality hotel so we can enjoy basic hotel amenities. Front desk lacking in expertise and female at front desk not very friendly and we are stuck here one more day. Ugggg!!! Shame on me for not doing big hotel chain, may cost more (oh well), but will have the basics. I learned my lesson. This is the first time I have left a bad review and I’m over 60.

The hotel had great staff and we enjoyed our room. However, the overall experience was ruined by loud music (on the top floor i think?) specifically the bass coming from the music. Normal earplugs didn't help, and the music played until 1am. Not my cup of tea, and I should've been more thorough on reading reviews because it seems others have had similar experiences. Im sure if you're up pretty late and you enjoy that type of lifestyle then it could be fun. But for anyone wanting a quiet evening, this hotel is probably not for you.
As a family of four visiting Portland, we weren’t familiar with the area and took a chance on Jupiter NEXT based on a recommendation, so glad we did! The location is absolutely unbeatable for exploring the city. We walked to Birdie’s with the kids, found a great food cart pod nearby for dinner, and felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood throughout our stay. After dinner, we headed back to the hotel and ended up having a fantastic time with friends in the bar lounge amazing cocktails and such a cool vibe. Rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed. The whole hotel has a stylish, welcoming energy from the rooms to the bar. If you’re looking for a centrally located, kid-friendly place to stay in Portland with a great nightlife option right on-site, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!
The staff at Jupiter NEXT were INCREDIBLE! Attended a wedding event over the weekend and the space/amenities were immaculate. Worked with Fernando amd his team and could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Way to go Jupiter Next TEAM :).
