Reserved this place due to proximity and cost. Arrived and I believe the building to be brand new. My guess was that the occupancy couldn't have been more than 15% for the full building. I think I saw one other human outside of the staff. Parking was excellent and easy (lot was covered and more/less empty). Location was very solid in terms of proximity to things. Was basically an apartment with full kitchen/counter/living room and bedroom. There was a balcony with two chairs. Pool was heated (apparently year round). Easy to get in and out and the directions and access code worked beautifully. The only thing I will comment negatively was that the fitness facility was extremely sub-par. A couple of treadmills (one was broken), elliptical, and a bike. There were minimal weights and really no other equipment. Would recommend to the building to address that. Other than that the stay was excellent and the price fantastic.
A beautiful little space perfect for a quick getaway. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we head to Nashville. The GPS took us in the wrong way and you can’t access parking from there. Once I looked at the map and took matters into my own hands, we got in the parking area with no problems!

By far the most comfortable bed and sheets and covers and pillows I have ever slept on! The room I was in was spotless when I entered and had everything I needed for a last-minute emergency stay to visit my mother in the hospital. I was comfortable and loved the building the room, the Terrace and the pool area. I didn’t give five stars is simply because of the location, which is in a very ugly part of town however, it is under a major change and revitalization so hopefully within a few years, it will look completely different. It is also completely absurd to me that you must pay $20 a night to park here that would’ve been helpful to know when my information before I arrived. All in all, I highly recommend this place for couples looking for a quiet getaway.
This is a great almost brand new accommodation. The rooms are spacious, and self contained with new kitchen appliances, large shower. The beds and pillows are super comfy, which can be a rarity in paid accommodation. Would highly recommend. Safe and secure building with easy self check in process. Plenty of street parking available and an easy walk to the Motorworks Museum where there is lots to see and explore, especially all the stores, the Distillety, and nearby restaurants. Also located an easy 7 min Uber ride to Broadway where all the bars and clubs are.
We stayed here because it's walking distance from Marathon Music Works and we drove up from Atlanta for a show. It's IS walking distance, but the area is a little run down. Seems like a work in progress. The rooms were nice and we didn't have any issues with check in or the locks or anything. It's wasn't very busy, so we didn't have issues with parking. The garage is nice but kind of tight. Some of the bigger vehicles were double parked. Luckily I drive a smaller car so I can squeeze in. The only criticisms I have are the fact that the showerhead doesn't allow for much water pressure being a waterfall type head. If I had needed to wash my hair it would have taken forever to get the shampoo out. The water isn't very hot either. I had it turned all the way up and it was just warm. The toilet paper is also not fantastic. If you like any type of softness, bring your own. Was not a fan. Also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Again. Not detrimental, but it would have been nice to have ice. There is no ice machine or vending on site, so I recommend the Kroger down the street for stocking up. All in all, we would stay here again.
