We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment at the Mint House in Marathon Village Nashville. The apartment had a king and queen bed, with a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was great, nice and clean and well set out. The complex has both a gym and a pool that we used throughout the stay, the kids loved the pool when we’d done exploring through the day. Marathon Village is a bit out of the centre of Nashville but a nice quiet area with a great shopping area. We did walk to Broadway a couple of times during our stay and also used the Old Trolley Tour, that helpfully has a stop in Marathon Village, to get around Nashville and see the sights. The hosts were very helpful and friendly from the start. Made the whole stay so much easier.
Our recent stay was fantastic! The property was chic, modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the softest and most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The space was very spacious, and all of the appliances were easy to use and worked perfectly. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus and made our stay even more convenient. The pool area was beautiful, well-maintained, and everything was in excellent condition. We also loved the stunning views and the convenient location, just 5–10 minutes from downtown. Parking was plentiful, which made coming and going stress-free. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at the Mint house for a family wedding we were attending! I love the location, the condo and the amenities! The club house and pool were such a great bonus! The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I gave service a 4 is because I think the units need more towels. We only had 6 towels and 6 people for the week. It did have a washer/dryer in one but it was very small and took a long time to dry the towels. We did find a service girl and got 6 more towels. I also didn't put in a request so that could have been my fault on this matter. But besides that we had the best time ever! We definitely will stay there again since we visit Nashville often since we have family there. This place is a gem and the pricing was great and dog friendly so our beloved family dog was able to join us for the week! Just a great experience with everything from check in to check out! The area felt safe to me even at night I walked my dog with no issues. The location is so close to broadway that we were able to walk the 1.5 miles easily during the day and the ubers were only 7.00 at night!!! Just loved the experience!
Mint Apartments have some clear positives, particularly when it comes to the rooms themselves. The apartments are generously sized, which is a welcome change from many city accommodations, and the in-room facilities are well equipped and practical. There’s a sense of space and functionality that makes it feel more like a livable apartment than a standard short-stay setup. However, the downsides are hard to ignore. Noise is a persistent issue throughout the stay. Soundproofing between units is poor, so if neighboring guests are socializing or partying, it carries easily and can keep you awake. On top of that, the property’s location right next to train tracks means frequent train noise throughout the night, making uninterrupted sleep unlikely. There were also maintenance concerns, including a cracked window, which not only detracts from the overall quality of the accommodation but also raises questions about upkeep. The location itself is another drawback. It’s situated a fair distance from the city center, making it less convenient for visitors looking to explore. The surrounding area feels largely industrial, and while not necessarily unsafe, it doesn’t feel particularly welcoming or comfortable, especially after dark. Overall, while the spacious rooms and good in-room facilities are definite strengths, they’re outweighed by noise disturbances, maintenance issues, and a less-than-ideal location.
I cannot recommend Mint House by Kasa enough! From the moment I checked in until the day I left, everything exceeded my expectations. The virtual check-in and keyless entry were incredibly convenient. I never had to worry about carrying or losing a room key. Everything was done with secure access codes, and I loved that the room door automatically locked after a few seconds. The building itself also felt extremely safe, with coded access required to enter the building and even to use the elevators. The suite truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was spotless and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need—a full-size GE refrigerator and freezer, modern GE stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, bowls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and more. I literally only had to bring my clothes, shoes, and food! One of my favorite surprises was the all-in-one washer and dryer. I had never used one before, and it worked wonderfully. My clothes came out clean and completely dry, which made packing so much easier. The entire apartment was beautiful, modern, and immaculately clean. The open shelving in the kitchen, updated lighting fixtures, mounted flat-screen TV, wood-style flooring, and sleek finishes gave the space such a fresh, contemporary feel. There wasn’t a single unpleasant odor—in fact, the entire place smelled brand new. The bathroom was huge, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and plenty of fresh, clean towels. The bed deserves its own review! The mattress, pillows, and bedding honestly felt like sleeping on a cloud. I slept so well every night. The amenities were just as impressive. The fitness center was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the pool area was beautiful with fresh towels already available for guests. Covered parking was another huge plus. Customer service was outstanding. Communication through text and email was fast, friendly, and incredibly responsive whenever I had a question. The location was also perfect. Everywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville was only about an 8–13 minute drive, making it easy to explore the city without spending a lot of time in traffic. This was easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Every detail made it feel like a luxury apartment instead of a hotel room. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, safe, and comfortable place to stay in Nashville, Mint House by Kasa is absolutely worth booking. They even accept payments through Affirm! I would stay here again without hesitation!
