It’s hard to find an auto shop you can trust, but Circle Automotive has consistently earned my confidence over the years. Jose is the man! I dropped my car off for an inspection, thinking I had some suspension issues. Jose assured me he’d help me identify the issue and help me come up with a plan. I’m used to some mechanics discovering all sorts of problems to be fixed, but Jose was the opposite. He did a thorough inspection and told me to save the cash, and that although my suspension was getting old and tired, there was nothing for him to fix that was pressing. This is exactly the kind of mentality you want from your trusted mechanic, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Thanks for the honesty and integrity Jose! Can’t recommend these guys enough, the price was great and my inspection was done in a timely manner. If I wasn’t moving state, Circle Automotive would be my new one stop shop. If you live in the Cleveland area, definitely consider them! The customer service is great, and they made time to help me on short notice.

Jose was so wonderful to work with. He communicated clearly and calles once he had inspected my vehicle to tell me what I’m looking at, repair wise. To my surprise, no repair was needed! He advised me on how to know when/if a repair is needed in the future. I will certainly be using Circle and Jose in the future if anything comes up with my car. Having someone trust worthy to call on relieves me a ton!
