Dylan did a great job fixing our Rinnai hybrid water heater. He didn’t try to do the typical “oh it’s over 5 years old you need a new one” that so many companies do. We really appreciated that! He did need to order parts, but they came in quickly and he was very efficient.
The coordination and communication was excellent. The technician was friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable of my Hot water heater brand. I was informed of exactly what had to be done and how long it would take. After completion, Anthony explained how to simplify the process if I ever have the misfortune to repeat this incident in the future. I now have Plumbing Express in my Contacts for any future plumbing issues.

Update to previous review with picture. I paid "$400.25 to replace up to 2 feet of polybutylene pipe", and a "$199.00 difficult access fee". See pics. It was easy scheduling an appointment and the customer service was good. The technician, Rod, was professional as before, polite, and he repaired the hot water polybutylene pipe leak for the water heater. Thanks for the service!
