This morning, I reached out to MacKenzie Johnson from Coppertown Electrical to request an electrician’s inspection of my breaker box. I had previously called McKenzie a few times, but she remained polite and accommodating. Ultimately, I decided to go with their service. That afternoon, Garrett The Electrician arrived and performed an excellent job. He discovered that the overhead wires from the house to the alley were completely burnt. At that point, he promptly called APS, and they completed the job efficiently. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mackenzie and Garrett for their exceptional service.
I’ve used Coppertown several times over the years. They are always extremely professional. Straight forward and provide excellent results. Starting with Mackenzie helping to facilitate the service and her being on top of things, all the way to the owner Garrett who never ceases to amaze. I’ll never look for electrical services elsewhere.

Great company! Outstanding service from Mckenzie getting a technician to come out the same day. Orlando arrived in a very timely manner, sending me a text to let me know he was on his way. The service from Orlando was also OUTSTANDING. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions and provided a very honest assessment of my electric issue. Based on the service today, I will be using this company for all my future electrical projects.
