He works for OneSeed management. He said nothing was wrong with my HAVAC he lied maybe to keep his contract with the maintenance company. The filter was clean didn’t have any dust on it. I never changed my filter 2 1/2 years. He said nothing was wrong with the HAVAC .. How can all this dust in my home and the filter be clean as though I purchased it yesterday. Because he lied or didn’t tell the complete truth, he gave this maintenance or management company the ability to not renew my lease, which means I have to move out. They pretty much evicted me because I complained about my HVAC system and maintenance.
I didn’t receive any services, but I called to gather some insight into the HVAC trade, and I’m so grateful I did. Rich answered the phone and spent an incredible amount of time with me, sharing invaluable tips and guidance. He helped me navigate the best route for my son’s future in this field, and if I could give 10 stars, I would. I truly appreciate Rich’s time and his thoughtful advice—if he could do it all over again at my son’s age, he gave me exactly the guidance I needed.

Been dealing with a furnace issue for about a week. Finally called Richie and he made the schlep to Medina County and took care of the problem. Pleasant, professional and easy going. Didn't force feed me any repairs that didn't need done. He gets a permanent position in my phones contact list. Thanks again Richie!
Richie was able to come look at an old furnace on a Saturday that had stopped working in my house. He diagnosed it, and was able to repair and replace parts in the same visit making sure that it continued working reliably before he left. He is extremely knowledgably, and took the time to explain what was wrong, and gave recommendations on what could be done in the future. I will be replacing this furnace soon, and Richie will be the person I go to for the job! 100% recommend.
Our furnace failed at the beginning of a recent winter storm. Richey came out during the weekend multiple times to diagnose and fix the problem, minimizing the amount of time we were out of heat. He was attentive and checked in multiple times after the repair to make sure it continued to get the job done. Highly recommend!
