We’ve been using Cedarbrook Lodge for our work meetings and honestly it has been such a great experience every time. The place is beautiful, quiet, and just perfect for getting everyone together to focus and actually enjoy the day. The conference rooms have everything we need and are really comfortable for long meetings. Everything is set up well and the whole process feels smooth and organized, which makes planning so much easier. The food is also a big plus. The breakfast buffet has lots of good options and everything tastes fresh, and the lunch they provide is really nice too. What really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Highly recommend this place if you’re planning a team retreat or work event. We will definitely keep coming back!
Stayed at Cedarbrook for a conference - so as you can imagine I showed up to the lodge with little to no expectations. To start, the check in process was a breeze. A 24/7 shuttle service picked me up from the airport within 10 min of me calling at the pickup islands located directly across from baggage claim. Instructions on where to go and how to get there were clear and the shuttle was well marked. Once I arrived at the lodge, which was early by the way, the staff accommodated by allowing early check in. I was also informed, though I didn't have to take advantage of it, that they can take luggage when available if early check in cannot be accommodated. Again, staff provided clear direction and a map as the grounds are quite spacious. My double queen room was well laid out with space to lounge as well as ample space to work. On most floors there was an actual lounge/gathering space complete with TV, snacks, a water machine, and large fridge stocked with…ice cream! Inside the room itself was a mini fridge, coffee machine, and a large soaking tub with bath salts I may or may not have taken advantage of every evening. Other amenities included a capacious gym and hot tub open from 6 am to 11 pm. One major perk of the entire 6 days I stayed at the lodge was the food. I have quite difficult dietary restrictions that make eating out a pain (IBS, garlic and onion sensitivities) but the chef at the Copperleaf restaurant (associated with the lodge) not only made sure I had something to eat at every meal provided by my conference, they also made sure that it wasn't something different than what everyone else was eating unless needed. The first time in a long time I've not been anxious about eating out. Centrally located, adjacent to the airport and light rail, with helpful and accommodating staff and lots of easy to access amenities - I know the next time I am in Seattle, hopefully for leisure, I will be staying at Cedarbrook Lodge. Couldn't recommend them enough.

In Seattle for the Seahawks game and decided to move away from the big Airport hotels. Decided to stay at the Cedarbrook Lodge for the first time and what a great decision. Fully satisfied with everything about this Hotel. Location is perfect, rooms and facilities great and staff and service couldn't be faulted. Plenty of parking, restaurant and bar areas all good, and breakfast too. Moved on next day but re-booked for August when we're next in town. Looking forward to seeing how good the hotel is in warmer times instead of a cold/dark January. Thanks for an enjoyable albeit brief stay.
I'm reviewing the spa. The spa itself was so cozy, clean, and inviting. We went for massages, and our massage therapist was so good. We enjoyed that part. The thing I would change or say is there are no doors to the Relaxation area and its very close to the front desk. So if you have people checking in, the noise carries. You can't truly relax because of the stream of guests coming in and out from the front desk to the locker rooms, and with no doors or seperation, you hear everything. It would've been great all around if they divided their relaxation area. The ambience allows for it, but the layout doesn't. The locker room is clean and has what you need, but it's also small. It has one shower. So if you go with a friend or group, just keep that in mind. It's cozy, just not super tranquil because of layout. I'd recommend going, but with those considerations.
Our long winter stay at Cedarbrook (2weeks) was truly lovely from check in to check out! At reception- Gabriella, Mae and TJ graciously took care of absolutely every detail and request- they were fantastic! The lodge is situated in a gorgeous wetland sanctuary - a cocoon of beauty and comfort! The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and the common living rooms with fireplaces and treats were very much enjoyed- especially enjoyed meeting the house cat “Maddie”-quite the charmer! The gardens and pathways were charming and easy to navigate. There is on site parking, easy room access, and great security throughout. The restaurant and bar were also very much enjoyed - the service was friendly and unobtrusive. Tina, Ashleigh, and Sara were all especially gracious and helpful. Don’t miss the “fancy grilled cheese” and “sweet potato soup” - both lip smacking delicious!! And then the spa! Ohhhhhhhhhh that fabulous spa! Sara was especially helpful in scheduling and settling my account. The body scrub with Toni was divine. The massage with Eliza was absolutely dreamy, and the mani/pedi with Kim (?) was a delight! We highly recommend this property and look forward to our return.
