I feel like this is a hidden gem and by providing a review I'm bringing more awareness that could impact availability for future stays. This place is a quiet sanctuary tucked back into the woods. The trickling sound of a relaxing creek, birds chirping, impressively manicured gardens with native PNW foliage. Relaxing spa. Deep soaking tub with provided bath salts. Fantastic restaurant. If you want to reserve a massage make sure you do it well in advance as they get booked quickly.
Gorgeous, quiet gem of hotel, spa and restaurant. I cant believe how few locals know of this special place, as its tucked through a neighborhood in old, mature landscaping. Great for special occasions or a tranquil experience just minutes from SEA airport with absolutely NO hectic airport feel. A true oasis, the whole hotel even smells good. Great outdoor hot tub and gathering spots with couches and TVs in each wing. I used for a little birthday gathering one night. Rooms have greenbelt views and feel spacious with huge windows, quietly relaxing and feels super private. Amazing staycation spot or pre/post flight recharge. In the spa try the spinal detox add on for a warm bubbling mud experience...so unique. You feel so calm at this PNW themed hideaway.

I'm reviewing the spa. The spa itself was so cozy, clean, and inviting. We went for massages, and our massage therapist was so good. We enjoyed that part. The thing I would change or say is there are no doors to the Relaxation area and its very close to the front desk. So if you have people checking in, the noise carries. You can't truly relax because of the stream of guests coming in and out from the front desk to the locker rooms, and with no doors or seperation, you hear everything. It would've been great all around if they divided their relaxation area. The ambience allows for it, but the layout doesn't. The locker room is clean and has what you need, but it's also small. It has one shower. So if you go with a friend or group, just keep that in mind. It's cozy, just not super tranquil because of layout. I'd recommend going, but with those considerations.
Lovely hotel. Scenic, warm, incredible service. Restaurant and Bar is tasty. Only reason I didn't give the room 5* was just as I was making morning coffee the power went out to the main room. I think the breaker tripped. But hotel staff when told was right on top of it. Even checked the room to make sure I didn't forget anything in the pre dawn darkness of packing.
4 star hotel? nah, 10 star hotel. the grounds are beautiful, the staff is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food is great, like woah. I missed my flight and needed last minute accommodations and I am so happy with what I got. I got to the hotel early and the front desk kept my bags in the back. they did give me an early check in but I wanted to peruse the scenery and get some food first. I'll say, the portions are BIG. the side salad was enormous and I got two slices of loaded avocado toast. delicious but definitely enough for leftovers. thankfully my room has a fridge! free wifi and the TV has chrome cast! I love the coffee and tea machine in the room too, since I'll be needing to wake up at 4:30am I also love that there are blackout shades and regular shades. really nice bathroom too. the bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows had different levels of squishyness to choose from. I thought the price was good, especially for the last minute booking, the location, and the amenities. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm up north
