Columbus Windows and Siding did an amazing job! Chris was extremely great to work with and super knowledgeable! We had siding fall offf during the massive wind storm and had to deal with insurance. Chris made the process super easy for us and his team was fast and efficient! Definitely will recommend to anyone!
We are very pleased with the quality of service we received. Gabe Baker went above and beyond what we expected by meeting with the insurance adjuster to discuss our needs. We were kept informed after signing the work agreement. Roof replacement was scheduled and completed promptly. Workers were respectful of our property and completed the project and clean up very efficiently. We are very happy that we chose Feazel roofing. Thank you Gabe and Jesse for stopping in to tarp our roof so that we would not have further damage while we waited for insurance to approve the claim. Highly recommended this company.

Finally decided to do something about the roof and wanted to work with someone with a better reputation than the door-to-door vendors. Jean-Sebastien from Feazel scheduled a visit promptly and did a thorough job explaining what concerns he found with our existing roof and how we could address them for the long term. There was some unwelcome pressure to sign immediately, but the company had a good reputation from others we've spoken to, so we went ahead. But if you're more comfortable having multiple quotes in hand, I wouldn't get their estimate first. Construction scheduling worked around getting our insurance review finalized, and were prompt and our Project Manager, Alex was very communicative, including about replacing some framing they thought was necessary. The job slipped into a second day, but I'm happier having the work done correctly. The ground around the house was well-cleaned after they left, but I did have to call them back for a couple other items that they took care of without any argument. Roof looks lovely, now!
We had our roof replaced a few weeks ago and we are incredibly happy with the quality and professionalism that was exhibited by Rob, Landon and the install team. The roof looks absolutely great, and we and it is comforting to know we have a solid company that backs up the manufacturer's warranty. We would recommend them to anyone in Central Ohio and beyond!
From beginning to end of the roof installation, we had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Mark, was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and great to talk with. The installers were also on time (even early), prepared and efficient. Cleanup was impeccable. Pricing was competitive with 3 other companies we met. We almost went with a competitor but reached back out to Mark to answer more questions. He came back the next morning and we decided to go with him. We are happy with our new roof and recommend Feazel.
