As property managers, we've had good experience with City Air, which is based near us in the city center and well managed. Appointment setting is easy and there's plenty of communication from them in confirmations and reminders. They arrive on time and are generously consultative with guidance and expertise. After getting multiple quotes for a full system replacement from some of the larger players in town, as well as some independent technicians, I called City Air Experts. They came over the next morning to assess the situation and their sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. The proposals (good, better, best-style) they provided were very reasonably priced - much better than those I’d received from others. City Air quoted an upgraded 90%+ efficiency unit for less than the big guys did for an 80% unit. The day of the install their installer Axel should up first thing in the morning and worked all day in 95 degree heat to get the unit in. Install was fantastic - very neat and clean-looking and Axel was very friendly and professional. I was so pleased with their service, I also decided to enroll in their preventative maintenance program. Highly recommended.
Arrived home from vacation to a house that was 78° and climbing. Called first thing and was pleasantly surprised that City Air Experts was able to have someone out to me within just a few hours! Sam arrived, all smiles, and quickly did a few troubleshooting tests. Quickly determined the issue and had the part on-hand to get us back on track and cooling again. It was a great experience, and as a homeowner that knows nothing about HVAC systems (besides just knowing that I really want it to work during a NC summer!), I appreciate the honestly and transparency.
