Used them thru Lowe’s for A/C replacement. Timely, knowledgeable, Professional, and Friendly. They spent around 6-7 hours replacing a 20+ year old Rheem A/C unit, Lines, and Coil. Hauled away the old one. Made sure my furnace fired up back up, showed me what they replaced and explained the new safety features and warranty before leaving. I will be using them again this Fall (2026) to replace old furnace. The Installers did a great job (didn’t catch their names) John (friendly as well) handled my quote. All in all great company
Travis and Chuck did an amazing job! They were thorough in their work and did see a problem with a previous plumbing job from another company and fixed that as well. They were friendly and professional. Highly recommend McVay plumbing. I use their online schedule service to make an appointment but if they feel it is an emergency job then they will reach out to you reschedule to help you get the plumbers to you faster.

Was absolutely pleased with my service today! Mike G, did any amazing job considering he was fixing someone else's mistakes! Literally, mike was here working on my furnace for 5 hours! So professional and polite. Kept me informed through the entire process, even having to go get a part from a co worker. Mike, explained the problem and then was able to show me what was wrong, in a language I was able to understand it. That is priceless in my book. Their Maintenance Service plan is so worth it, I highly recommend becoming a member, I did! Thank you Mike and McVay!
Called McVay for an Emergency issue on a Sunday Evening. I had called a big name franchise much earlier in the day. After many calls/hours from this franchise telling me they are running behind schedule, I decided to try McVay for the 1st time. I received a call back from Rob. He communicated well, gave me a timeline on when he would be there. Rob was on time, professional, and resolved the issue He stuck around until the water company came to turn the water back on, verified no leaks. I would definitely use McVay again. Rob was great. I truly appreciated the communication and adhering to the timeline.
I had a great experience with McVay Plumbing when they replaced my water heater. Everything was handled professionally, and they were able to get it done the same day, which I really appreciated. Rob, the technician, was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being installed.
