John arrived on time and after I explained my hot water was only warm on the hottest setting he resolved within 10-20 minutes. Very polite and professional. John made an adjustment where the valve is and I’m back to hot water again on my new Delta overhead and wand in my shower. 10 out of 10 rating. I will definitely call on him again should I need a sharp and reliable plumber. John is truly a part of the Mighty plumbing team that should be emulated by his fellow team members! Patrick came out on Sunday July 12, 2026 advised the previous contractor didn’t install the shower pan correctly so it has to taken out and re-installed. Scheduled with his crew to do the work on Wednesday July 15, 2026. I’ll review further after the work is done. Today is Wednesday July 15, 2026 and John Taylor came by 1:30PM and left at 6PM. John tore apart and re-assembled the shower pan and drain. He advised the handyman who installed it previously during the shower remodel did it wrong is why it was leaking. John did a nice job and cleaned up after himself. I still have to test to see if it leaks after the shower tiles and door are re-installed by someone else. I’ll be back to finish this review, but as it stands now, I give John 10 out of 10 stars! Terry Gonzales was here today Tuesday July 21, 2026 from 9:25am to 10:55am. The shower pan was reset to level on all four sides and no leaks. Terry I feel should be emulated in his work ethic and professionalism. 5 out of 5 stars. Mighty Plumbing is now my go to. Thanks!!
We recently had a home inspection done and contacted Mighty to service our Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems as a result of the inspector’s findings. We weren’t exactly sure what all of the findings meant so weren’t sure what to expect regarding extensiveness of potential repairs. Israel came out to address the Electrical findings. He was thorough, thoughtful, and methodical. When he’d completed his assessment, he explained the needed fixes effectively and completed his work efficiently. Johnny came out to address the findings and was both super thorough in both his review and explaining his assessment on what needed or didn’t need to be done. We appreciated his friendly, straightforward, and conscientious approach. Terrance came out to address the plumbing findings which were the most extensive. He was methodical, thorough, and completed the repairs efficiently. On top of that he was friendly, respectful, and explained things in a way we could understand. We would recommend and call these technicians/Mighty again in the future when the need arises.

Very happy with the service and professionalism. I reached out through Thumbtack and was called back just a few minutes later. Nick was able to come the same day, look over the project area and the fuse panel, and gave several options for how to complete my lighting project. Price was fair and scheduling was very flexible. Justin came to do the installation a couple of days later and he was also quick, clean, and professional. I plan to use this company again for future projects. Before photo with ugly fluorescent lighting and after with new pretty LED light.
As always, great experience with Mighty. They are always responsive, kind, honest and do great work. I’ve used them for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. I always feel comfortable with the techs in my home and they take time to thoroughly explain whatever is going on. Their prices are still very reasonable and the membership is a great value. I never feel that they are trying to upsell or pressure me.
I had a great experience with Mighty Plumbing. Amy was great on the initial call and got me an appointment the very next day. They were due between 12 - 4 and at 12:45 they called to say someone was on their way, and then Jason himself called to let me know he was nearby and his ETA. Jason was on time, professional, informative, cleared out my basement floor drain,, which was clogged, and never tried to pressure or up-sell me for extra services. I told him about a problem I was having in the kitchen and he gave me some kind advice about something to try, and if it didn't fix the problem, he gave me an estimate to have them come back and do the work. Professional, helpful, and so very much appreciated. It was a good experience all the way around and a VERY reasaonable price. I would definitely use them again!
